I've got nothing to add to that one of Perkunos' posts. American men don't talk about this ...but Russian and eastern bloc women are generally very difficult. They are not "submissive" women by any definition and once married will start all kinds of fights and you can generally expect a difficult domestic life even while living in Europe or Russia. In the USA with feminism and the courts on their side (which they were even in communist Russia btw, just not as much), things would be even harder...
Of course they're better than American women, but almost any are. America will corrupt almost any woman who lives here long enough though.
I would only ever get married to a very rich woman. I don't see the point of marriage otherwise...
Based on what I've read, they expect Western men to be complete pushovers (justifiably so, except in the case of Mel Gibson) and are looking for citizenship. Like you say, there's no comparison between them and Western women for the most part: the few I've met take care of themselves, classy and sophisticated demeanor, nice dresses, etc. like they arrived from the early 60s in a time warp
If Russian women are not prime marriage material - and I'm not asserting that they're perfect in any way, 70 years of Communism will do irreparable damage to any people, just that the success rate for "mail order" marriages is far higher than what almost everyone thinks - then most American women certainly aren't either; Mormon women marry heavily, if not exclusively, within their religious community, I question whether anyone would consider moving to Utah, converting, etc, tithing, to enjoy the benefits of a traditional bride. From what I've read via Dalrock, women in conservative churches in the South are just as bad as women elsewhere in the kwa, although they do marry earlier; but if Russian women aren't worth marrying, as some seem to imply, then who is worth marrying?

One of my most talented friends is a mathematician who sired a son out of wedlock. Even within kwa legal boundaries it is a vastly better deal for men to sire bastards. By contrast, another talented pal who has done it the way you're supposed to has given away half his wealth to first wife, then half his subsequent wealth to second. He has more kids, but holy shit it cost more, both psychologically and financially.
Cucks such as Charles Murray (sorry Charles) are fond of pointing out that married people do better than single people in all kinds of measurable life outcomes. I believe this is true. But this sort of analysis deliberately leaves out the outcomes of divorces, which are very bad, particularly for the man. Taking the probabilities together, you'd have to be a real optimist, or have some kind of real edge in the game of life (aka be Mel Gibson) to get married in the US.
I agree with BAP; marriage is a raw deal for men, almost no matter how you slice it. For people who want a family life, the only way is to shack up with a woman who has very traditional values. Not surface traditional values: it has to be real, or fuhgeddaboudit. Result is a nation of fucked up people who don't come from traditional families, and a narrow aristocracy of people who do.
