Claiming all of northern Idlib/northern Aleppo is a bit much. Rojava won't be taken seriously as a political entity--by anybody--if they're claiming this much Arab land. Everything between Afrin and the Euphrates is Arab or Turkmen, as is most of the land in Idlib they're claiming. Hell, they're declaring territory all the way down to the al-Ghab. Absolutely nuts.

I think the presence of Russian Special Forces on the ground indicates to us that the Russians have learned all to well the dangers of gaps in the SAA's manpower and how special forces like the SAA Tigers have proven to be very effective in close combat.

Palmyra is now liberated and the RuAF is already hammering the roads towards Raqqa and Deir Ezzor.
