MOSCOW - US former President George Bush Senior and US former Secretary of State Henry Kissinger will arrive in St. Petersburg on [u]September 11[/u].
They are expected to participate in a closed corporate conference of PepsiCo, sources in the press service of the US Embassy in Moscow reported to RBC.
On September 14, Bush Senior will visit Moscow. Sources in the embassy noted that they had no information on the program of his visit as he would arrive at the invitation of PepsiCo.

Maybe they're going to bitch to Putin about how Russia should destroy more of its nuclear weapons, so the Americans can have more world supremacy. Seriously, have you've ever noticed how all agreements between Russia and America on WMDs always focus on Russia destroying its weapons, but America never does :dung: ?

More likely to plot another terror attack to rescue his son from muddy pool of lying in Iraq war and bad economy.
Intelligence used to manipulate criminal gang to reach their goal. They have informants everywhere, and penetrate every organization and company. Terrorist attack such like OKC bombing and 911 attack were allowed to happen, if not conducted by them. With whcih they got more police power.
The typical story is the missile smuggling case. In which the buyer is an FBI informant and supplier is the secret police of Russia. If they only tipped that British weapon agent to a potential terrorist, (you can imagine FBI have a bunch of them in black list of those Islamic fanatics whom are eager to revenge) allow him to shot down an aeroplane. Then there will be a third Mid-east war or a new "Patriot Act 3".
That is how terror attack happens. Of course, if that happens, public will see the terror bombings and terrorist being arrested. What they will never know there has been a FBI buyer and Russian secret police supplier.
