Davis Signs Legislation Granting Driver's Licenses To Illegal Immigrants Schwarzenegger, Davis Spar Over Bill
LINCOLN HEIGHTS, Calif. -- Governor Davis has signed landmark legislation that will allow undocumented immigrants to receive driver's licenses.
Davis penned the bill late Friday in a ceremony in Lincoln Heights amid cheers in Spanish that translated "People united will never be divided." Davis told the crowd, many waving Mexican flags and flags from various Central American countries, "If you are going to contribute to our economy, you have the right to drive to work."
Granting driver's licenses to illegal immigrants has become a central campaign issue in the gubernatorial recall race in recent days as candidates tried to stake their ground on immigration-related matters.
Arnold Schwarzenegger criticized Davis for his support of the bill and said he'll try to repeal it if elected.
The bill takes effect January first.
Schwarzenegger, the leading Republican candidate in the Oct. 7 recall election, said Davis flip-flopped on his support for the bill and said it raises security concerns.
"As you know, our own governor was vividly against this a few months ago," Schwarzenegger said after a speech to the California Chamber of Commerce. "Now it's election time -- of course everything changes."
**Say goodby to Kalifornia. Now with an additional incentive to come, plus defacto citizenship and a guarantee of the ability to cast an illegal vote (thanks to Klintons "motor-voter-fraud"bill) Ca is doomed. Art Torres was right when he said California is going to be a hispanic state and anyone who doesn't like it should get out. **

Driving is not a right. It is a privilege. Too bad Davis is too corrupt and/or ignorant to realize this. These illegals haven't earned that privilege. It would serve this pig right if all these illegals were to register to vote and vote "no" to Davis and yes to Cruz.

"If you are going to contribute to our economy, you have the right to drive to work."
I was going to make the 'privilage, not a right' argument, but Sertorius took my stick. Instead, I'll say this:
How does crossing the border illegally (and becoming a de facto criminal in the process), getting a job 'under the table' and sending all that money home, thereby a) removing job opportunities from legitimate Americans b ) siphoning off billions of dollars and sending it to another country and c) cause uncounted millions in damages due to the drug trade, arson, armed robbery, graft, theft, insurance fraud, health care (more on this one later!!) etc, in any way, shape or form 'contribute' to our economy (or society)?

As much as I'm bemused by the circus here in CA, I'm still very surprised Ah-nuld said he was against amnesty for illegals (on a local radio show), then two days later, he was on the evening news saying he would get rid of the law granting the illegal bean dogs licenses. It's almost like the jewsmedia has been shocked into inaction, not sure if they should increase their attack on him, and maybe make him even more popular, or ignore his remarks, in the hopes that no one will notice. It's very strange indeed.
Licenses for illegal turdskins. Yes, the NWO crowd gets their way. Hey, they've got licenses anyway, why don't we just have the same ID for everyone? It doesn't matter. We're all one big happy region anyway, right? And the zhids love the brown tide. Their own arrogance doesn't let them yet accept the fact that most of the greasers see them as Christ killers, pinche judios worthy only of an ass kicking or knife in the chest. In the end, it always backfires for the zhids.

The statement is nonsense but revealing nevertheless. The same goes for the picturesque scene amidst it was made. If you must feign unityââ¬Â¦

I think the average tribesman is merely confused. Not unlike the uncertainty many felt over the neocon agenda during its inception and prior to its attainment of power. Once the stratosphere was reached all was revealed as Kosher and the confusion went away in the mind of most, save for the dumb ones, e.g., Barbara Streissands of the world. Ah-nuld has yet to ââ¬Ëproveââ¬â¢ himself politically so they naturally take too seriously his pre-election yapping.
RB, I know you to be man after my own tastes when it comes to prerequisites and remedies, but what is the intent of the other disenfranchised whites you deal with. What is the calculus there regarding State welfare, i.e., who is the better Terminator? The chap who played the part or the chico that may be more predisposed to be one. Does it matter in the slightest?
