The Genocide Convention: the Jewish Treaty
The UN's Genocide Convention treaty became effective in 1951 and it has been adopted by over 100 countries since. America finally ratified that treaty in November 1988 -- but with a built-in 'out' requested by the U.S. government: "Before any dispute to which the United States is a party may be submitted to the jurisdiction of the International Court of Justice, the specific consent of the United States is required in each case." Nonetheless, the fact that the U.S. adopted such a treaty is troubling.
But here is the important part of that treaty: the term "genocide" and the Genocide Convention itself were created by a Jewish lawyer from Poland named Raphael Lemkin [1]. Furthermore, Jewish organizations have pushed the treaty almost exclusively.
Among the problems with the treaty that journalist Ivor Benson points out are: crimes hinge on the word "group." But what is a group, and how many in a group do you have to kill in order for the killing to be "genocide?" Furthermore, will that treaty be applied equally, or will it be applied like American "hate-crime" laws -- very selectively? [2]. Why has the UN or any world court not prosecuted many acts of genocide that have occurred around the world since 1951, e.g. the communist Sandinista regime ethnically cleansing 70,000 Miskito Indians and destroying at least 100 of their villages in Nicaragua in the 1980s? Is that not the wiping out of a people, i.e. genocide? [by the way, that action by the Sandinistas is largely defended or downplayed by Western leftists -- many of whom are Jewish].
Jews created and pushed the Genocide Convention for the usual reason: because it is good for Jews.
[1] UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan said that Lemkin "almost single-handedly" created the Genocide Convention, and Lemkin succeeded in getting the Nuremberg prosecutors to use his word "genocide" in the Nuremberg trials of ex-Nazi officials. More Here

"Genocide" is a legal fiction,an invented crime concocted out of thin air. When a doctor invents a new disease,it is medical quackery. When a lawyer invents a new crime,it is legal quackery.
