I got this message from a fellow who is deep into conspracies. He is a retired COL. USAF, and not a "kook".

I searched Tom Reardon, The Philadelphia Experiment, Al Bielek, The George Noory Show, and came up with a troubling puzzle, but no real solution, so far. Can anyone help me out here? This could be important.

Over?

Subject: Re: Tom Bearden, PhD, on the Energy-Grid Crisis (written 4/12/01)

Ret. Col. Dr. Tom Bearden, PhD is the foremost leading authority on Tesla Technology, and released the information 4/12/01.

Ironically, Al Bielek, physicist predicted this event happening this week, 3 weeks ago on the George Noory Show which happened to be the 60th. anniversary of the "Philadelphia Experiment" which catapulted the USS Eldridge from 1943 into the future, which some leading physicists agree is possible using Tesla Technology, and the time-space continuum. He also predicted the outcome of the 2002 presidential election fiasco, and how it would be a political football.

Instead of waging war, we should be doing something practical by investing all those dollars to obtain free energy for us and the world by erecting Tesla Towers, helping all of mankind and lead by example, not force or control.

There was a presidential election in 2002?

All I know is that just within minutes of the power outage, they were claiming it was not a terrorist attack. Then throughout the first night different theories kept coming out and how they're still investigating what caused it, but it wasn't a terrorist attack. The only thing people agreed on was that it wasn't a terrorist attack, yet they still didn't know what caused it!

Ed brings up an interesting wrinkle here.

Below is a small part of a skeptic's view of Bielek. I'm sure Ed's seen it but it fleshes the story out for the rest of us. It was written over ten years ago and the recent power outage supports Bielek... although the writer of this article was unaware it was going to be proved right at least this year. A check might be made of what sort of power-outs they had in 1963 and 1983, if it's a 20 year cycle.

I also recall the below discrepancy about the date. The October date seems the firm one since it shows up elsewhere.

There's several Tesla books I'll have to consult to go further. The guy has been turning up in odd places for the last 10 years, since Willie Lyne went public saying that Tesla invented the basic drive for UFOs and that's what we've been dealing with -- but the CIA want it kept under wraps. Who can know?

**Mr. Bielek is a most engaging speaker. He presents a wide range of popular references during his talks and weaves quite a web.

However, the information available prior to the 1983 movie, "The Philadelphia Experiment" did not concern the prospect of time transport.

**The stated focus of the "Philadelphia Experiment" project was to "achieve radar invisibility". Mr. Bielek states that his "memories began coming back AFTER seeing the movie in 1988."

I got the impression that he incorporates new topics into his storyline as fast as he hears them, claiming that his "memory suddenly came back on that." **

Another major flaw was the statement that Nikola Tesla was in association with and in charge of the project. This is highly incredible since the experiment occurred in July, 1943 and Tesla died on January 7, 1943 in New York City.

Yet another reference which is difficult to believe is that Gustave LeBon was a consultant and worked with Tesla and Einstein on the project. LeBon would have been a very old man if not dead by 1943....

....Project Rainbow was said to be the original name of the project, later changed to Project Phoenix. It took four hours for the disappearance from Philadelphia to return....

Supposedly every 20 years on the 12th of August, the magnetic energy peaks, i.e. 1943-1963-1983-2003 to allow a synchronicity. Linking and coupling to the surge would cause a shift, (again confusing).

Dr. Von Neumann (of computer fame) was supposedly involved in the "Philadelphia Experiment" with Tesla, Einstein and LeBon. Bielek says he is recorded to have died in 1953 or 1957.

In Phoenix, 1986, Bielek's memories recalled a site in Montauk which might be where Von Neumann currently resides in obscurity. In January 1988, Bielek's memories of the "Philadelphia Experiment" were recalled.

**Another major discrepancy, records indicate the original manned experiment occurred on October 28, 1943, NOT the 12th of August, 1943. **

Despite the irregularities, there were some interesting comments made in regard to time. **
