** Repression in Spain "Last 8 of July, the Spanish editorial 'Ediciones Nueva Republica' (New Republic Editions) linked with the political party Movimiento Social Republicano (Social Republican Movement) has been raided by the police. Also the Library Kalki (Kalki bookstore) located in Barcelona has been raided by the police. Two comrades have been arrested, the owner of the editorial, that is also one of the leaders of the MSR party; and the owner of the bookstore. They are accused of 'apology of genocide' and a 'offense against the fundamental rights and the public liberties guaranteed in the Spanish Constitution.' Apart form that other charge appeared in the press is of 'inciting to the violence'..."

** What a Policestate. And they once whined about Francos "Tyranny".ÃÂ Franco sucked. Not only did he abandon the Axis during the War (ungreatfull jerk!), he also apointed that masonic King "Juan Carlos" to his successor. **
Maybe Franco didn't join the Axis because Spain was no position to fight such a war. We should remember that Spain at that time had finished a devastating civil war and the country was in ruin. I don't defend everything Franco did, in many ways he betrayed the true spirit of Falangism, but I can understand why he didn't fight in WW2.
I should also mention that Franco did send the Blue Division to fight alongside the Axis on the Eastern Front. Many German commanders, including Hitler himself, commented on the Blue Division's bravery in battle. Then many Spainards fought in the Waffen-SS right up untill the end of the war. So I wouldn't say Franco was completely ungrateful, he gave what limited military resources he had at the time to give.

This should be a warning for those dreamers that think that in the democracies there are civil rigths. By just sell Fascist and falangist books you are to send to the jail in Europe, we have to thank all of this to the good Americans that they liberated us in 1945.
