Hopefully, my quip about having a revolution here in America didn't get the thread pulled. Because doesn't the US say suggest that about other nations? (ie: Iraq and a change in leadership)Does anyone know? Or, did somebody else say something that was bad that I didn't get to see.

More than likely, the title and body of the thread was deemed offensive by the more liberal based members of OD, thus action was taken to placate their tender sensitivities.

As OD's resident liberal, I deleted the thread based on my own tender sensitivities because I didn't like the ugly turn the topic was taking. That's it.

If you want to advocate mass genocide of a particular racial group or endlessly utter racial slurs, then perhaps you would be happier at other forums that specialize in that kind of thing. Just contact me and I'll direct you.

Must've been a bit extreme to get the axe. Lord knows I've stepped over the line a bit, even danced on it some, and all I got was a little snarking. But then again, I only did advocate a little bit of small-time vigilante-style violence and a wee bit of public vandalism.

Now I'm consumed with curiosity. Just goes to show, censorship of any sort (however justified one may feel about it) promotes more interest in the banned subject than ever it quashes.

I personally don't remember advocating genocide. But, I've asked Tex to email me what I said. I don't believe I would ever advocate genocide on a bulletin board, especially since I heard that the DOJ monitors these kind of sites.

But, I would like to see what I said. In fact, I do remember saying in my first sentence that "I don't want anything violent" or something like that. And, that like in other countries, people here in the US should also be allowed to declare a revolution on the steps on Congress and not be tried for treason because our own government calls on citizens of other countries to do just that (ie: Iraq). I believe that is what my message said. I usually put my messages in Word and keep them there, just in case something like this sort of thing does happen. This way I can keep tabs on what I'm saying and making sure it doesn't advocate any kind of violence, so apparently somebody must have said something like that. In fact, I don't even remember who started the thread.

Anyway, just interested in what Tex pulls up.
