Evasion by Jews of American Wars
In the United States the recall of events of this century has been warped to satisfy those called liberals, particularly the Jews among them. A necessary condition for this book was challenging the stranglehold on American memory by Jews of America. This may strike many as an intemperate, unjustified, and thoroughly bigoted approach, but unless this challenge does succeed, the continued adolescence and irresponsibility of the American electorate will be assured. Anyone who cares for more integrity and moral courage in the presentation of history in America cannot be called anything other than an anti-Semite by the established media and cultural elite. The tone of this book has not been hatred for the Jews of America, but contempt. Their behavior has done much to merit their being despised. They have become the priests of a secular America, and they have set the taboos as firmly and rigidly as if we were a society ruled by witch doctors. They alone are consecrated to determine those allowed free speech. The once ruling WASP elite has abandoned any responsibility for setting a moral or cultural level for a civilized society, but has continued to demand the right to write the tax code. Their contemptible behavior deserves derision, but compiling data on them is virtually impossible.
Recounted in the Encyclopedia Judaica, proudly published in Jerusalem, were the deaths of 500 Jews out of 150,000 Jews living in America during the Civil War.[1] This contribution was pridefully remembered in 1992 in the Jewish Veteran, the newspaper of the Jewish War Veterans.[2] This benefaction computed to one Jew out of three hundred Jews dying in the war, or a little over three per thousand. From a population of a about 32 million in the United States in 1860 a total approaching 625,000 Americans died, or almost 20 per thousand. Other Americans died six times more frequently than Jews. In 1996 the Jewish War Veterans boasted they were the oldest veteran group in the United States. They had been formed in 1896 to refute the allegation that Jews ducked service in the Civil War. In 1996 their newspaper repeated that noble mission. In one century what ancient Greeks called a sense of proportion had not penetrated the thinking of that organization. Oblivious to the admission that they did not participate in numbers remotely resembling their countrymen, they insisted that they did fight and that was enough to establish their patriotism and deny what they call anti-Semitic slurs.
For World War I an article from the Jewish press extolling participation in the war by American Jewry was printed in 1940 in the Congressional Record.[3] In 1917 Encyclopedia Judaica estimated Jewish population at 3 million in an American population of 100 million. Yet a more accurate portrayal of sacrifice by Jews is gained by noting the 1920 census figures of males aged 20 to 29 years, the age group which bore the brunt of the fighting. Blacks represented 10.1% of the age group while foreign born males were 15.4% with 18.9% percent of the foreign born coming from Russia, virtually all Jews.[4] In 1900 out of a total population of 77 million there were 1 million Jews. Blacks were 10% of that population. Jews were 1.44% of the non-black native born population, almost all white. If that proportion carried into 1917 native born Jews were 1.44% of 75% of the native born pool which excluded blacks, or about 1.08% of the total pool. Foreign born Jews were 2.91%, if not greater, of the total pool. American deaths for World War I were 53,000 from combat and 63,000 other deaths. Blacks were largely excluded from fighting and had less than 1000 deaths in combat. Estimating total deaths of blacks at 2000 has seemed reasonable. The remaining 114,000 deaths if apportioned fairly between Jews comprising 4% of the total manpower pool and the remaining 86% of Americans not Jewish or black would compute to the number of Jews dying at slightly more than 5000. The Jewish War Records Board gave the number of Jews dying at 3500. Americans not black or Jewish died at a rate some 40% higher than Jews. Some may state that ethnic Russians comprised a significant part of those born in Russia and should lower the share for Jews. But ethnic Russians simply did not come to the United States in significant numbers. The salient fact that Jews had been awarded six Medals of Honor out of 120 awarded was noted by Jewish War Records Board. These medals were more than would have been expected by pure chance.
With rising affluence Jews in spite of the personal insult and threat of Nazi anti-Semitism did not fight as much as their fellow countrymen in World War II. In two volumes the Jewish National Welfare Board celebrated their participation in World War II under the auspicious title American Jews in World War II.[5] As of July 1, 1946 the board had identified 8000 Jews as having died in combat. Due to restrictions placed on the 13 million black Americans in combat positions other Americans, overwhelmingly white, had lost over 280,000 in combat. In 1940 there were almost 5 million Jews in America and about 113 million Americans other than Jews or blacks. This would give a ratio of about 1.6 Jews per thousand dying, and whites other than Jews dying at a rate of over 2.4 per thousand. American Jewry died at about two-thirds the rate of other whites. Later statistics furnished by Jews would revise their totals upward, but that has been characteristic historically. No concern was given by those who compiled those numbers if they violated the privacy of non-Jews when determining who was to be considered a Jew. For this war so important to Jews of the world American Jews would receive one (later revised to two) Medals of Honor out of over 430 awarded.[6] If they had fought in the same proportion as their countrymen, they would have received about 18 medals. Years later the Anti-Defamation League would shriek about discrimination toward one Jew by the American army even when the man had transparently lied about his exploits.[7]
For the Vietnam War the estimated population of the United States in 1967 was slightly over 200 million with Jews being 5.87 million of that total, or almost 3 percent of the general population. Given the total of American dead for the war was slightly above 58,000, the "fair" share contribution would be about 1700 of those dead coming from Jews. One privately published analysis of Vietnam War dead used data in the Southeast Asia Combat Area Casualties File in the National Archives and concluded after a computer count that 269 Jews died in that conflict.[8] Later this information was discreetly published on the internet and not publicized.[9] Other Americans died at a rate more than six times as much as Jews.
The mainstream media have indulged in goy-baiting at every opportunity. In 1990 prior to the Gulf War Abe Rosenthal, once editor of the New York Times, blasted Republican presidential aspirant, Pat Buchanan for stating the war would be fought by people named McAllister, Murphy, Gonzales and Leroy Brown. Mr. Rosenthal, acting as censor, believed this statement offensive to Jews. Even in 1996 Mr. Rosenthal demanded that Buchanan retract his assertion.[10] Unwelcomed truth has never interested Mr. Rosenthal and friends. At least one letter detailing their deceit was not published. For the war in Vietnam 11 men named McAllister died; 81 men named Murphy; 84 men named Gonzales; and 380 men named Brown.[11] Twice as many men named by Buchanan died than Jews. To the New York Times these men and their families are much more remote and much less important than a Brooklyn born settler on the West Bank of the Jordan River.
Almost as an anecdote the Beirut bombing in 1983 revealed that not one of the 220 Marines killed was a Jew.[12] Maury Maverick, who uncovered that statistic, had found while representing conscientious objectors during the war in Vietnam that the underprivileged had suffered way out of proportion to their numbers. Very few Jews could be termed underprivileged. From an old Texas family which gave its name to unbranded steers and to a television series Mr. Maverick had the inner confidence and sense of justice to challenge topics which had been forbidden by the American intelligentsia and media elite.
For the war against Iraq the Jewish Welfare Board estimated out of about 520,000 American troops in the Gulf only 500 were Jews.13 ] If Jews had been there in proportion to their numbers, almost 13,000, some 25 times the number present, would have been in uniform. Mr. Maverick found that not one of the 386 Americans who died was a Jew.[14] Later in the pages of the New York Times there was an attempt to revise the total of Jews present in the war zone upward as had been done in previous wars to bolster the image of Jews.[15]
In 1992 the Jewish Veteran reported on the World War II effort by British Jews.[16] With a Jewish population in Britain of 385,000 some 60,000 Jewish men and women served in British forces. Participation of over 15 percent of the Jewish population was stated as being greater than participation by the British Commonwealth. Then came information that over 1100 British Jews died in action. This computed to a contribution of about 1 in 350, or slightly less than 3 per 1000. The British survey of their dead from World War II revealed 264,000 died while serving in the armed forces with an additional 31,000 dying from natural causes, over 30,000 dying in the merchant navy and fishing fleet and over 60,000 civilians died. In addition the armed forces had over 6000 missing as of June 1946. This sacrifice came from a population estimated slightly over 46 million in 1940 by the Encyclopedia Judaica. Over 9 million Britons served in the British defense effort. Participation by Jews in that war was lower than their countrymen who died at two to three times the Jewish rate.[17] The determined reader will confirm these observations for himself. Lack of full participation in wars by Jews has not been confined to the United States.
Particularly enlightening have been data from Germany in World War I. Both the Encyclopedia Judaica[18] and the Winter 1993 edition of the Jewish Veteran[19] give the number of Jews dying for imperial Germany in World War I as 12,000 out of a total 1,800,000 Germans who died from that war. The Jewish Veteran estimated the population of Germany in 1910 at 57,000,000 with 600,000 being Jews. These data computed to Jews dying at the rate of 20 per 1000 while the rest of the populace died at a rate of more than 31 per 1000. In both World War I Germany and World War II America non-Jews died a rate more than 50 percent greater than their fellow Jewish citizenry. Yet what must be considered is that the Jews of Germany died for the Kaiser at almost 10 times the rate of the Jews of America would fighting Hitler in the latter war. This poignant statistic mocks the claptrap that men will fight and die if necessary when a sufficiently noble cause is found. If Jews would not give wholehearted support to the American war effort during World War II, then the question must be asked when would they? Jews have long enjoyed a reputation for being unusually perceptive about others while being blind about themselves.
Excepting the data on the Vietnam War, the dead of the Gulf War and the Beirut bombing, all data were taken from sources compiled by Jews and meant to be friendly to them. For World Wars I and II Jews were permitted to see official American records to determine who was a Jew and who was not. If done by non-Jews, this appraisal would be considered a racist act. Not one piece of data came from any organization which could be termed anti-Semitic. Supporting data on Vietnam War casualties could be followed by a mildly retarded twelve year old. The great conundrum has been why these obvious facts have not penetrated the American consciousness. For a country such as the United States which increasingly has fed on conspiracy theories the refusal to permit public discussion on this matter has illustrated the power of the affluent. There has been no conspiracy, just a general agreement on what is to be regarded as fit for national discussion, and more importantly, what subjects are not to be discussed. This has not been written down, but the covenant has had general acceptance by the rich and powerful.
Writing in World War II George Orwell found intellectual cowardice to be the worst enemy a writer had to face. The English literary intelligentsia voluntarily imposed censorship upon themselves. Orwell lamented the power of the Roman Catholic Church to silence criticism. Orwell regarded intellectual liberty to be a distinguishing feature of western civilization. Liberty to mean anything at all meant the right to tell people what they did not want to hear.[20] His England had the excuse of wartime exigencies, but present day America has had a rigid code of political correctness and forbidden topics imposed by a media and academic elite that have come to sneer at courage, decency, manliness and character traits once considered vital to a society seeking civilized values.
In German occupied France historian Marc Bloch wrote his testament for an expected death. He asked to be buried in a civil ceremony and remembered as a good Frenchman. He forbade the reading of Jewish prayers. If any thought this could be construed as a coward's denial of his heritage, Bloch affirmed in the face of death that he was born a Jew and never denied it. Nor had he ever been tempted to do so. In moving words he wrote of his lifelong struggle to achieve complete sincerity in word and thought. "I hold that any compromise with untruth, no matter what the pretext, is the mark of a human soul's ultimate corruption." Within a year of writing this bequest Marc Bloch died before a Nazi firing squad.[21]
American Jews have shirked military duty with its obligations and hazards and have insolently lied about it. They have subordinated American interests to those of Israel. To them Israel has become a terrestrial Valhalla which has offered them vicarious thrills and pride. The American taxpayer should feel honored for being selected from all the peoples in the world to pay for it. For all professed concern about Israel by American Jewry a feeling by the cynically inclined has persisted it would be far more valuable for Israel to have the names on Jerry Falwell's mailing list than the names of those who bought her bonds if Israel had to solicit the highest contribution, the offering of a human life.
Writing shortly after the birth of George Washington, a grand ornament of the English Enlightenment, Lord Bolingbroke, commented on the claim of Jews to the Holy Land. The Lord thought the prophecies and curses of the Bible to be the ranting of lunatics or drunks. These dreadful utterances contradicted his notion of order and justice. No man in his senses would be capable of such oaths. No writer, but a Jew, could impute to divine Providence the fulfillment of such predictions nor make a Supreme Being the executor of such a curse. Bolingbroke over 250 years previous observed Jews never had full possession of the land they claimed as their own and never was the land peaceful.[22] While cosmopolitans may despise Falwell, they must respect Bolingbroke, an anti-Zionist of the 18th century.
Jews of America have continued to shriek about discrimination. They demand perpetual innocence. They demand others cede to them the ethical framework for public discussion. They demand the moral high ground in public discussion. These pious pretensions must be challenged and denied. They, in the name of the Holocaust, have felt it their right and duty to corrupt others and to deny them dignity. They are not to be challenged.

"What is past is prologue." When the time comes for young Americans to go into harm's way to protect Israel it is doubtful these shameful statistics will be any better. By then you can add to Old Buck's list of names of ZOG cannon fodder Liu, Nguyen, Singh and Muhammed. The potential for resentment towards Jews is staggering. While McAllister and Murphy may have been brainwashed sufficiently to comply with orders, Gonzales and Leroy Brown will wail about "discrimination" and "racism." Liu, Nguyen and Singh are hardly likely to be enthusiastic. You can bet that Muhammed will not dutifully go off to fight his kind as Schmidt and Braun did in World Wars I and II. Can't you see it coming in the calls to reinstate "Universal Military Service" even in the absence of any call for it from the professional military? Can't you sense it in Hollywood's sudden "about face" in its depiction of the military?
We must pay Rosenthal back in spades for his "Hell no, I won't go!" dolchstoss (stab in the back) of the Vietnam era vets. Tom Chittum, call your office.[I][/I]

I pulled this post of mine from another thread on another website where the thread was closed by an overenthusiatic adminstrator. I still think that is applies.
What I find interesting about E. Gibbons article is from comparing it with my own experience. In four years of active army and six years active reserve service with line units and headquarter units that I never, except possibly in one case, ever met any Jews in uniform. In light of todays events I note the people who are raising the most hell to fight in the Mid East (forget the DPRK) are Jews here in America such as Bill Kristol who have never served in uniform. E. Gibbon, your article is fascinating history, however, I dont think too many of Americas Jewry will be signing up to go fight there, unless it is with the IDF. They have the rest of us for that purpose.

If they served according to their population - they would have been 2400 of the dead - but they were 268.
The only available stats for the Gulf wars are more pathetic than this ( 15 jews out of 45,000 British troops )

It is you! This bump is for you. Instead of getting mad at Gibbon for writing this, you should get mad at your fellow tribesmen over here for ducking military service in the U.S. Armed Forces. Or are they only expected to do serve in the I.D.F?
I served ten years active and active reserve and I [u]never[/u] saw one standing either in the ranks or in front of them. Too bad if that makes you mad, but that's the truth and as I noted above you need to get on them, not Gibbon.
If not that, then refute Gibbon.
