I've read a number of articles on chemtrails but haven't read anything about what nation(s) or individual(s) who are responsible for the chemtrails. Does anyone have any info?

Well, this forum does talk about exactly who are the people who control virtually every government in the West; so, I suppose you would have to ask this very small group of controlling elite about chemtrails.

With our universe as big as it is, and with the possibilty of trillions of other universes beyond ours, and with the new idea of more undetected dimensions to universes, and with the limits on human intellect/ability to understand things beyond a certain boundry, could it just be possible that there is more to the universe than what we think?

Sure - anything is possible. If you say there is, I say you need to prove it. Chemtrails is a bunch of bullcrap. Secrete governments spraying chemical trails in the sky that get people sick is totaly paranoid bs. However, if I'm wrong, I will be the first to apologize. BTW - I never liked E.T., damn jewish movie.
