Surprised nobody's posted on this, but about the White guy down south who shot up blacks at the Lockheed plant. Most accounts have him shooting at blacks and Whites. They also have him attending an "ethics" seminar beforehand. Some news organs left out the racial sensitivity part of the seminar, others left it in. Anyone heard more details on this?
I've felt like shooting up the place after the diversity seminar. It's nothing but bash the White man, in an environment where there is no escape and no debate.

Yeah, Hugh, I'm surprised no OD'ers have commented on this, given that's it been on front pages for two days straight now. Seems the man might have been upset about being passed over for promotion. At one point, he angrily confronted a black man who was putting moves on a White woman. Sounds like a solid dude to me.

I tend to disdain the 'that's all I can stand and I can't stands no more' mass-murder approach for the new streamlined Malvo/Muhammad model. You get more of them, your get to live your life and keep your freedom in between victims and then there's the entertainment value of watching law enforcement, led by inept socially-promoted minorities, detain everyone BUT you in an orgy of high-tech Keystone Koppery.

Looks like the "new" thing in this story is he was apparantly depressed and on medication. Now, don't that sound familiar?
Everyone (not here) wants to act like a sympton "caused" this, but refuses to see the root causes. I guess the people have been sheep for so long, it's real hard for them to wander off the plantation and start thinking for themselves.

londo posted on it under "culture War"-- "Mississippi shootings", 7.9 I saw the same point: the diversity seminar pushed Mr. Williams over the edge -- like the peole in Connecticut almost were.
