AIDS Activist Says Government Created Virus To Target Blacks Suit Being Heard In Federal Court Thursday

SAN DIEGO -- A local AIDS activist has sued the federal government, arguing for the release of documents that are connected to what he believes was a plan to secretly create the virus in an effort to kill African-Americans.
The suit will be heard Thursday in federal court, where attorneys for the federal government will attempt to have the case dismissed.
Boyd Graves, 50, of Normal Heights, who brought the suit, is an Annapolis graduate who has also attended law school. He told the San Diego Union-Tribune that he believes the documents prove that the feds are responsible for the AIDS epidemic.
"This is a modern-day David vs. Goliath battle," Graves told the paper.
Despite the fact that Graves is not a member of the California bar, he will represent himself in the case. He told the Union-Tribune that AIDS was created after decades of government research into developing a race-specific virus that attacks and kills blacks.
Graves also maintains that the government has withheld a cure for the virus. He filed the suit in December of last year and is attempting to procure from the feds a "flow chart" that maps HIV. Graves believes that the chart is stored in the National Cancer Institute's archives. He's also seeking to review copies of "progress reports" on the program.
Graves has supporters in his quest for the documents.
A professor at the California Western School of Law, Jan Stiglitz, told the paper that judges are the proper arbiters of any cases that involve a citizen suspicious that the federal government is withholding information that the public has a need to know.
Stiglitz cited several examples when the government had kept back such information, including the FBI's collection of information about private citizens.

I thought the same thing. After all those "1/4 of the Earth's population will be dead of AIDS by 1998" stories they drowned us in, everybody's still here. Surely if AIDS were the killer everyone claims it is, we wouldn't be seeing the normalization of homosexuality taking place on all four cultural front burners. Anybody remember that irritating 'AIDS activist' Larry Kramer? Guy used to go on NIGHTLINE 20 years ago and caterwaul about how Ronald Reagan was personally killing him and all his friends, the government was summarily 'executing' gays with their benign neglect, etc. He never but never shut up or stopped whining "I'm dying and it's [u]your[/u] fault."
That was 20 years ago and this ass bandit is STILL alive and well! I mean, c'mon, Larry - you owe us a death, bro!
Now if I could only find that African AIDS story from a few years back. A director of an African health clinic had stated that - given the realities of certain buzzwords' effect upon the massmind - every time some non-AIDS disease like cholera rears its head, it became more expedient to list it as AIDS, which was politically charged enough to guarantee a prompt (or prompter, at least) response from the world health community than 'plain' cholera, beri-beri, dysentery, etc. According to him, at least half to 3/4 of the African AIDS Crisis had nothing to do with AIDS and everything to do with lack of medicine, personnel and health care facilities for any number of diseases.

This is one of the most asinine theories to ever see the light of day. The African climate is obviously very conducive to spawning disease, and since race is a biological reality, it makes sense that the group who inhabited this climate would ultimately be on the brunt end and disproportionately affected. Fifty years ago, the court would have laughed at this caseââ¬Â¦.should be interesting to see their ruling.

PS....of course, this places the responnsibility for thousands of raped and mutilated children and babies - the 'holistic' African AIDS cure - directly at the doorstep of researchers and gay activists whose own agendas are furthered by informing primitive people that their dysentery is, in fact, an incurable death sentence.

Larry's still alive? I thought he croaked years ago, after they did that play based on his life, whatever it was called. That was ages ago.

If only it were true...
Negroes are only more prone to HIV/AIDS because they have trouble controlling their urges. When one screws everything that moves, one is much more likely to pick up a nasty bug. But of course the poor, oppressed black man will never admit this.
