Commentary -- This is an excerpt from a non-Jew in the movie business:

They are run like Jewish "friend and family" employment agencies yet they are publicly held properties. Meritocracy, creativity, talent, ability, fairness, and opportunity have little place in the film business."

I do believe of the possibility that Jewish "group" overreaction to any criticism, however generally accurate if not eloquent (Marlon Brando's criticism of Hollywood's always positive portrayal of Jews) creates an environment where no one feels safe to say anything about Jews. That said, and this situation having existed for so long, it is only a matter of time before "the dam breaks."

Neal Gabler's, "An Empire of Their Own," isn't. The highest paid, and most important, and influential jobs in the big studios, networks, film distribution, agents, managers, casting, entertainment law, and film, and television producing is completely dominated by "connected" Jews ("Unconnected" Jews need not apply). They are run like Jewish "friend and family" employment agencies yet they are publicly held properties.

Meritocracy, creativity, talent, ability, fairness, and opportunity have little place in the film business. I noticed, while working on sitcoms over a period of about 8 years, that not one of the many women directors was not Jewish. And despite the fact that the film industry has a box office failure rate of over 80%, and that television shows fail at the rate of at least 90%, the system still only pumps more mostly Jewish "ganzemacher wannabes" into the system.

A system that perpetuates failure. Per studio, this monumental fraud, and corruption is bankrolled by that one, or two big blockbuster films that cover the costs of the many other film failures of any given year. Despite dozens, and dozens of financial and creative failures by Jews in the industry, still mainly just Jews are fed into the system. But, no ones criticizes this obvious case of racism, and pro-Jewish bias on the part of film industry Jews.

To my knowledge, this is the only business in the world where such monumental failure is tolerated, and it's participants regularly promoted. And by the way, just being Jewish won't help you in Hollywood. In fact, if you're Jewish, and don't have a powerful "connection" within the business, you might as well be a goy.

I'll tell you, if American born Arab Muslims held every power position that is now held by someone Jewish, the outrage would be international with charges of "favoritism," "corruption," "an Arab Muslim conspiracy," "Muslim racism, etc." When I meet young kids trying to get in the film business, I tell them to change their last name to a Jewish one, learn Yiddish slang, and to try to get a job as an assistant to one of the "big Jewish executives." Dawn Steel (also Jewish), the late former head of Columbia Pictures, who was rumored to have "slept her way up," said, "You can sleep your way up to the middle, but you can't sleep your way to the top."

That's true, but the "middle" pays between $500,000 to $1,500,000 a year. Not a bad wage. Plus, you get to meet and make all those mandatory connections to keep working in the industry doing a job you probably aren't qualified to do. I'm just looking for a world of fairness from a people that trumpet that concept.
