A total lack of Presidential response to an obvious attack against the USA. One of my earlier and strongest criticisms of Bush, and one that not many seem to pay enough attention to. Thanks for the link.

Bush was just waiting for someone to tell him what to do. I don't see any reason to read any more into it than that.

Neither do I, but it is interesting that not many want to pay attention to that evident fact. Bush is a puppet.
