Court Rejects Law on Holocaust Insurance 29 minutes ago
By MARK SHERMAN, Associated Press Writer
WASHINGTON - The Supreme Court struck down a California law Monday that was intended to help Holocaust survivors collect on insurance policies from the Nazi era. The law's supporters said the ruling could result in further delays in payments.
The court, divided 5-4, ruled that the law amounted to unconstitutional meddling in foreign affairs by a state, siding with the Bush administration and insurers.

Thank God. I am so sick of hearing about the "holocaust" shake down. I can't believe Bush didn't pander to the Jews either.

Call me crazy....I believe that almost anything the federal government does is to benefit jews and their pets. They may have "lost" this one, but will it come back to benefit them in the future? I mean, since when has "unconstitutional meddling in foreign affairs by a state" ever been a reason not to do something?
Edit: How long before they reconsider after being discovered as the vile, revolting "anti-semites" they are?

So there will be more delay in the jews getting their money. They'll be milking this one for sure. Maybe to add to their "proof" of anti-Semitism or maybe just to entend the time that they while about events that may or may not be true. We will be hearing about the Holocaust for many more years to come.

**Call me crazy....I believe that almost anything the federal government does is to benefit jews and their pets. **
Precisely. A decision that on its surface appears to take the yahoodis down a notch, looked at more closely, doesn't. All the decision says is that such stuff is within the exclusive domain of the federal government, owing to its power to set foreign policy. Kinda like two women fighting over one very, very ugly man. Now, the feebs can claim 100 percent of the credit for protecting the yidn, whilst California is left to find other ways to suck Jew ass. I'm sure they'll find a patch of doughy, greasy flesh to plant their puckers on.
