ADL Condemns Southern Baptist Leader's Comparison of Judaism to A "Deadly Tumor"
New York, NY, June 19, 2003 ââ¬Â¦ The Anti-Defamation League (ADL) today condemned as "outrageous and offensive" the remarks of a Southern Baptist leader who, in calling for renewed attempts to proselytize Jews, compared Judaism to a potentially "deadly tumor."
In a speech June 16 to the Southern Baptist Messianic Fellowship, a gathering of Messianic Jews, Al Mohler, President of the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, KY, pointed to Scripture as mandating Jewish conversion, saying that the act of warning Jews about the danger of their beliefs was "the ultimate act of Christian love."
Abraham H. Foxman, ADL National Director, issued the following statement:
"We are shocked and outraged that a leader in the Southern Baptist church would compare Judaism to a deadly tumor that needs to be removed. These offensive remarks highlight the dangers of the Southern Baptist effort now going on for several years to convert Jews. We have said many times that it is pure arrogance for any one religion to assume that they hold "the truth." The Southern Baptist leadership clearly has not gotten the message."
The comments, made to a Jewish Messianic group, also highlight the dangers and deceptiveness of that movement, who falsely claim that they are interested in Jewish practices when the real goal is to convert Jews to Christianity.
Unfortunately, at a time when many faiths have moved closer toward mutual respect and understanding, the Southern Baptist leadership continues their backward slide.
The Anti-Defamation League, founded in 1913, is the world's leading organization fighting anti-Semitism through programs and services that counteract hatred, prejudice and bigotry.

Mohler has become famous within the SBC for his Calvinistic orthodoxy. As a number of articles I've referenced shows, there really is just a fundamental chasm become Calvinism (and Christian orthodoxy in general) and dispensationalism.
If the SBC was theologically coherent and strong, I think these inherent contridictions would cause an open split with people like Falwell and his Jew-Christian "lovefests". Like so often though it seems one hand knoweth not what the other doest.

Time for Christians to split from the Noahide and Zionist "Christian" rabble.

Certainly...
.....Shocked and outraged that after some two thousand years of propaganda to the contrary there are those that still know the truth of the matter, and havenââ¬â¢t ended up like the other neutered males around that find themselves a quart low on testosterone, and unable to summon the courage to speak forth; my only ââ¬Åshockââ¬Â stems from the fact that this was an individual from inside ââ¬Åchurchianityââ¬Â, where the worst of the propaganda has been focused... were these ââ¬Åjudeoââ¬Â-Christian, (no such thing), baââ¬â¢al priests doing their jobs for the last an hundred years, as opposed to lick-spittling up to their ââ¬Åjewishââ¬Â masters like the egg-suck dogs that they are, too stupid to even ââ¬Åbarkââ¬Â, we would have never ended up in such a sorry state in what once was America; the ââ¬Ådeadly tumorââ¬Â that needs removed is represented by the money-changers in the temple...
ââ¬ÂThese offensive remarks highlight the dangers of the Southern Baptist effort now going on for several years to convert Jews.ââ¬Â
.....The ââ¬Ådangersââ¬Â of the attempted conversion are more to the Southern Baptists, as opposed to from them; the marranos, under the guise of feigned Christianity, have done untold and incalculable damage to the institution that was Christianity, (not necessarily speaking to organized ââ¬Åreligion", here), until today the ââ¬Åjewââ¬Â boasts of writing the very literature that their children get their ââ¬ÅSunday schoolââ¬Â lessons from...
ââ¬ÂWe have said many times that it is pure arrogance for any one religion to assume that they hold ââ¬Åthe truth.ââ¬Â The Southern Baptist leadership clearly has not gotten the message.ââ¬Â
.....Notice the clever device of ââ¬Århetoricââ¬Â employed with the use of quotation marks around -the truth-; had he meant the truth, there would be no use of such, but since he was speaking to the various versions of the lie, he uses them to speak in the esoteric to his kindred...

I've seen this mentioned before, but never knew to who or what it referred.
What is this reference- is there a specific publisher, ministry or quotation?

.....I saw an admission that was printed in Les Revue Internationale Societes Secretes, IIRC, (itââ¬â¢s been a while), and it was referring to the control taken by the latter sixties; I donââ¬â¢t believe anything has yet occurred to rectify the situation... I can look around and see if it's anywhere handy...

Judeo-Christians [ Judiazed Christians ] are the primary authors of children's Sunday School readers. The lessons always focuses on love and salvation, yet does not refer to Terrible and Vengeful God. I have yet to see a Sunday School lesson on Numbers Chapter 25 :D

I'm not sure who the authors of my Sunday School readers were- I was just asking if their names might have ended in -"ovitz" or some such.
That said, you must have had different readers than I did. Many or most of the lessons we had were along the lines of "Sampson slew 'em with the jawbone o' the ass", etc. Vengeance was a common theme, as was sweet suffering.
Recently, some whacko got through screening or was hired by an idiot for the kids Easter service and fair at our Methodist church; he was a "Christian" magician and comic. The whole show devolved into the typical "testimony", with the guy doing a graphic retelling of the last hours of Christ's life. Mel Gibson could have used this guy as a consultant. The three-to-ten year olds were staring in horror, all the way through Thomas and the gaping wound. I was very close to punching this guy's lights out but elected to get our kids out of there fast.
It was a Southern Baptist flashback.
