Do I detect a bit of self-consciousness, Franco? Is this a new, huggable and fuzzy Franco coming out? Perhaps a cute puppy dog avatar might be appropriate.
Seriously, what's that they say about the devil you know? I think that would apply here. What did you have in mind for the change?

I do not know which avatar I would use instead.
OD lets me "get a lot of info out" to the public, so I should play by OD's rules...

English fascist avatars have an understated boldness that suits my style. Two points for anyone who knows who he is. But for explicitness, it's hard to beat the OTHER Good Doctor. Uncle Addy's probably going too far for OD, though. Keep that confined to Stormfront.

I have changed my avatar voluntarily.
Tex and Co. have allowed me to post many items here at OD, to "get the word out." Many of my postings [probably] did not reflect OD's attitudes, but they let me post them anyhow.
OD is not a "hard-core WN board" [so to speak], and Tex and Co. are Christians as well, so that is why I changed the avatar to an image with no swastika visible, so that trolls like....you know who....cannot call OD a "pro-Nazi" website.
I thank Tex and Co. for letting me post all the stuff I have posted in the past 6 months. That info went out to the public, as it should.

I must confess to strong feelings about this. I am a devoted admirer of Franco - who saved the Church in Spain - but I detest Nazism to the marrow of my bones.
Your views are diametrically opposed to Catholic Nationalism, and thus your moniker is unfitting.

Yannis -- 'Franco' is an old BB handle that I will not change just because you don't like it.
Ruffin -- I have seen that Franco quote in a book, if memory serves, so I think it is real/legit.
