Russell Kirk defined a Neocon as one who believes the capital of the United States is Tel Aviv. If this can be remembered and brought up when appropriate, much dissension will be initially faced, but then in short time most will acknowledge the truth. Then, and only then, can effective arguments of their deceit be detailed, and their necessary lies exposed.

I recall some of the Neocons have called him an Anti-Semite. And I think edward gibbon right about it being "remark as a quip in a speech."
