No quick fix for Marietta's graffiti problem ...Most graffiti here is the work of local gang members, police say. There are 20 teen gangs in Marietta and Cobb, with about 400 active members. That's a lot of potential spray-painters. Ninety-five percent of gang members are Hispanic, and many do not even speak English. There also is an all-girl Hispanic gang in south Cobb, police say, according to numerous reports on the problem filed in the past year by MDJ police beat reporter Michelle Graff.

What crap. These people have no concept of decent or appropriate behavior.

Typical. They can't/won't go after the criminals, so the victims get screwed.
