Few men roll their eyes farther back than I do when the plea goes out for some ridiculous cause. But I made an exception for VNN's Chester Doles Challenge. Alex Linder reported yesterday that he's gotten about $3,800, mostly in dollars but some in pounds, so far. A benefactor by the name of Jimmy Teuton, Goy Genius has agreed to match every dollar donated up to 25K before July 4, 2003.
Look, maybe like me you weren't all that pleased to read that Doles, with a conviction on the record, got caught toting pistols around and flashing them to men he didn't realize were feebs. But forget it. That's not the point.
If the Jews can unabashedly support Jonathan Pollard, a true criminal, then we can support Chester Doles, a technical criminal and fellow White man who stands opposed to ZOG.

I don't know. All I know is what Linder writes and the quadruple-hearsay stuff I get from those "lsn.overthrow" e-mails from the semi-accurate Bill White. According to one, NA won't kick in any money.

We, we all know that all Congressmen have Jewish connections, that how they get their funding.
However, the fact that such a big name attorney would personally represent Chester Doles would be quite impressive.
However, Bob Barr is probably the high paid rain-maker for a law firm. They might have gotten an agreement with Bob Barrs' law firm, but actually representation will be conducted by some young attorney, not Bob Barr personally.

Really, everyone. Regardless of your opinion of Chester personally of of the NA, the charges against him are obviously bogus. Not to mention the eleven kids who have had their father taken from them.
It's amazing how many people will talk big online but then not do a thing outside of posting some messages on a few websites. No one is expecting any one person to send in a huge check. But come on... skip the six-pack this weekend. Smoke one less pack of cigarettes this week. Eat lunch at Subway instead of the fancier resturant today. I think all of us can find a few bucks somewhere.

Here is a rather urgent warning ABOUT BARR from a smart, Atlanta-based lawyer friend of mine.

Barr himself bodes ill.
Barr worked for the CIA for many years before coming to Georgia where he was appointed US Attorney by Reagan/Meese.
Barr eagerly prosecuted "right-wing extremists" and "haters."
His office railroaded conservative Republican Congressman Patrick Swindall in a prosecution in which virtually everyone involved - witnesses, agents, prosecutors - was a Jew except the cover Goy Chris Gillen. Swindall had defeated liberal Democrat Elliott Levitas, a former head of the B'Nai Brith, in Georgia's 4th Congressional District in a campaign that -according to the media - had "undertones of anti-semitism." There were shocking irregularities and departures from American law in the Swindall prosecution which - under normal circumstances - would have caused Swindall's conviction (of flakey "perjury" charges in front of a predominantly Black jury) to be overturned.
While US Attorney Barr also siked a Jewish prosecutor on David Holland, a fairly pleasant member of the Klan who had been sued and bankrupted by Morris Dees in the Forsyth County "Brotherhood March" case.
Holland appealed and signed a pauper's affidavit to get a transcript of the case which would have cost him thousands of dollars if he had to pay for it.
Holland was a high-school educated blue collar worker who erected fences for a living. He lived with his mother.
Barr's office got a former Klan member who was in jail for child molestation to testify that a motorboat registered in his name actually belonged to Holland and therefore Holland could have sold it for a couple of thousand dollars and didn't qualify as a pauper.
This ridiculous case became one of Barr's great achievements as US Attorney. Holland, as one would expect, was convicted by a jury inflamed by testimony about right-wing extremists.
The liberal democratic female judge actually did the right thing for once and refused to jail Holland, pointing out that it was not all that serious a crime, that it was a first offense and that Holland was the sole caregiver to his mother who was dying of cancer.
Barr's office appealed and got the 11th Circuit to reverse the trial judge so Barr could make Holland do real time.
Barr loudly cheered Janet Reno in the days following the Waco atrocity.
He and I were joint recipients of the Law Day award at the Law Day banquet of the Cherokee County Bar Association. This was in early May immediately after the killing of the people at Waco.
In his remarks Barr applauded Reno's actions and said no one had the right to get out of "our system." He said there were some people out in Waco, Texas, who had "tried to get out of our system" and that their fate was appropriate. He reminded the lawyers that they were officers of the court and as such owed loyalty to the system in times like these when extremists threatened our country.
[In my remarks I reminded the lawyers that lawyers had been on the cutting edge of the fights which had defined civil liberties in our country, that a corrupt and sclerotic establishment would face more and more opposition in the years to come and would react to that opposition in ways like at Waco and that lawyers needed to remember their duty to the American people to defend our rights against the government. I am told that lawyers still chuckle in Cherokee County about the Law Day Banquet where the two honorees denounced each other!]
Only a few months later Barr got elected to Congress where Newt Gingrich immediately appointed him to the committee to investigate Waco...AS THE CHAMPION OF THE WACO VICTIMS!!!
The victims and their families all eagerly met with Barr as their spokesman to share what they knew with him and probably information about their lawsuit against the government.
I am not someone who believes in conspiracies, but I don't think I am being paranoid when I say that this seems very fishy to me - an ex-CIA employee who ecstatically endorsed Reno's decision to level the Waco compound becoming the Waco advocate in less than 8 months.
I don't think it sounds good to have Barr and his Jewish partner representing a member of the National Alliance.**

Wayland is correct, of course. Barr is no friend of Chester Doles, even if enough National Alliance/VNN lemmings are foolish enough to part with their money and hire him for the defense. To Barr, Chester Doles is a just another dirtbag ex-con whom he'd love to "represent" to the tune of 65 thousand smackarinos. And after Doles gets convicted and is sent to the nearest prison shower stall to meet his fate, Barr will be off to the Bahamas or St. Moritz for a well-deserved holiday of sun and fun. Well, it would appear that the National Alliance is very keen when it comes to collecting membership dues from its rank and file but not so interested when it comes to helping one of their own when he's in desperate need. As Von Bluven explains, Erich Gliebe was "advised" against helping pay for Chester Doles attorney fees for "legal reasons".
Yeah, right.

The Von Bluven's Show certainly can. For 45 minutes they trashed the National Alliance, its leaders, its ethics, and even its claim to being a legitimate agent of white nationalism any longer. Kinda like what yours truly Tom Rennick here has been saying for some time, and getting sand kicked in his face for it. sniff
Anyway, it'll be fun to see if the guys from the Von Bluven's Show will now be smeared as "Jews" by Franco, PaleoconAvatar, and all the other Neo-Nazi/VNN/skinhead worshippers who hang out here at Original Dissent.
Maybe not though....since there isn't any doubt whatsoever that The National Alliance hasn't lifted a bloody finger to help Chester Doles. In fact, word has it that top leadership at the National Alliance has quietly suggested to Doles that he "cop a plea" in order to get a reduced prison sentence. Gee, with advice like that, who needs enemies?

Alright, let's stop right there.
I've never "smeared" anyone as a Jew who wasn't a Jew. In fact, it makes sense to be very careful to make sure that a person actually is a Jew before labeling them a Jew, otherwise the term will come to take on the status of an empty epithet that Whites use on each other. That, in turn, would give real Jews cover since exposing their true roots becomes more difficult if everyone and his mother is suddenly being called a "Jew."
Next, I've never listened to the VB show since I assumed it was a Hal Turner spinoff, and while I have nothing officially against HT, I think the level of discourse on the show was a little too unrefined for my tastes. I assumed that VB was in this same category. What distinguishes me from you on this sort of assessment is that I choose to focus on other things besides criticizing where VB or HT might fall short in my opinion. I simply don't listen to the two shows, and I generally keep my mouth shut about the two shows since I know that many people do listen to them and find value in those shows, and I see no benefit arising from triggering an argument with people that are basically on my side. As I pointed out to you over at Polinco, this seems a more positive route to take rather than constantly pointing fingers at various WNs and WN orgs harping about how they fall short in your eyes.
Additionally, I am no "skinhead worshipper." The first time this subject came up, I'd thought I indicated that. I'm a clean-cut, conventional-appearing, middle class young adult. I have hair, I have no tatoos, no piercings, etc. It is my opinion that one can gain more mileage by maintaining a "normal" physical appearance, rather than going out of one's way to look outrageous the way the skinheads do. I agree with you on that point, actually. I can't see how virulently clinging to a sub-culture helps to change the larger culture that we all live in--it's a form of self-marginalization. However, this is just one opinion of mine that I sometimes express when the subject comes up. Unlike you, it is not my sole message that I harp about 24/7/365.
Funny you'd lump me in with Franco, actually, because from where I'm standing, you're just as much of a repetitive one-note-johnny as he is--you just come at it with a different "pet issue."
And as for the NA/Doles funding dispute, I might as well make a comment while I'm at it. From what I've seen, a lot of people are upset that the NA isn't funding Doles' legal defense, and they plan to boycott the NA and so on. In my view, these people are overemotional and aren't looking at the big picture and the consequences that could flow from these sorts of decisions. The critics of the NA are favoring symbolism over substance, by making this one man's case a "line in the sand."
The reason why the NA should probably not fund Doles' defense is that while it may have the resources this time to fund Doles' defense, it does not have the resources to fund the potential defenses of all of its members in the future. This is an important point to realize because the Feds know this as well. If the NA were to adopt a policy of defending its members in these bogus Fed cases, the Feds would then have an easy way to bankrupt the NA, since the Feds are quite good at making up cases and filing charges at the drop of a hat. The Feds would simply file a few more cases and cause the NA to spend all of its resources on defending member after member. And if the NA tried to selectively decide to not fund certain members' defenses after that, people would again be up in arms anyway with the claim that the NA leadership was "playing favorites" with certain members. Hence, the NA just can't win on this issue.

I really can't see why Mr. Rennick has been so unremittingly hostile to me and to the National Alliance recently, since it was I who suggested that the book (a pretty good book, too) which he wrote under another name be sold by National Vanguard Books, and I personally gave it some promotion.
He has a propensity for changing positions almost as rapidly as a fifteen-year-old switches fads. I recall him, around 1999, writing to Jerry Abbott on Abbott's site, making an argument that Jews should not be criticized, because "anti-Semitism" was fatal for White nationalism (essentially his position today). He said to Abbott:
"With your writing and research talents, you have the potential to be a major force in the pro-white movement. Because I believe that many more mainstream Euro- Americans could be reached by the pro-white movement if we dropped the Nazi-KKK-Anti-Jew leitmotif once and for all."
Then, a year or so ago (I think it's still in the Google cache but won't last long, since VNN has redone its site since then) he wrote to VNN claiming that he had left out criticism of the Jews from his novel only because the publisher insisted on it! He wrote to Mr. Linder:
"This publisher is not a self-publisher, and so I DID "adjust" my novel so that it would have the best chance of being accepted. And it was."
"...if a writer wrote a novel that was overtly anti-black, anti-Jewish, or anti-Mexican, for instance, it would not likely be accepted...."
Now Rennick's switched back to his old position, changed his name and url (but retained the cosmic imagery, which I like), and has placed himself in the position of attacking the National Alliance, which puts on events like these

and extolling the veracity of a site (vonbluvens) which seems to exemplify the approach to racialism he claims to abhor.
The comments on the "vonbluvens" show are almost all directly taken from a disinformation agent called Bill White, a person who has also published forged emails over my signature, utterly fictional news items claiming that the Alliance staff are dividing the Alliance's real estate among themselves, and claims that my wife is a lesbian, among many other falsehoods. He's a source utterly without credibility, but Internet rumors do get spread and some people's confidence will be shattered, which of course was the goal of the authors all along. Any group which exposes the crimes of the current elite can expect similar disinformation campaigns.
It's a cynical effort to use the tragedy of the Doles family to harm the very cause that Mr. Doles believes in, by falsely claiming that 1) the National Alliance can easily write a check to underwrite the Barr firm's fee without shutting down for months, and that 2) the National Alliance has failed to help its member in need. Both claims are utter balderdash.
A very large percentage of the help that the Doles family has received (which has managed to completely pay the initial $15,000 attorney's fee) has been, in one way or another, the result of the National Alliance fundraising and publicity efforts. I have been involved personally with these efforts since the beginning.
It is also due to the intervention of an Alliance member with high social standing that entrée to the Marger firm was secured, with a reduction in fee of over $100,000 and, for the first time, the possibility of a victory over thge tyrants in the "Justice Department" being secured.
Please also note the letter from the Alliance member who calls himself "Goy Genius" posted on VNN in regard to the current synthetic "outrage" that certain elements are trying to foment.
We nationalists and racialists may disagree with each other on tactics and even on what is most important in the scale of values which impel us to action. But I think we should regard each other as comrades, fellow workers for our people's survival, and as such more valuable than gold. We should refrain from attacking each other and destroying each other's work or harming each other's lives.
The only exception to this rule should be that those who themselves make a career of attacks on good people should be shunned and exposed for what they are. They have the potential to destroy the life's work -- and even the lives -- of the members of the new White community that is arising among our folk.

The irony of the situation is that Rennick's arguments are so ineffective that the more he posts here the more he becomes a kind of a caricature. With someone like Rennick, it's enough to just let him talk to reveal himself to be an obsessed unstable psycho.

I suppose I should be flattered by Mr. Strom taking time out of his busy schedule to visit OD and comment on my posts. As for being mistaken for yet another author (earlier it was insinuated here that I was Harold Covington - author of various books and long-time enemy of the NA) I guess I'll confess - okay, you got me - I'm both of them. Still, being a man of many names and faces (Hard to fool these goys, itz!) I sometimes get confused about who I really am myself. But for now I am indeed Tom Rennick - arch enemy of Neo-Nazis, skinheads, and those weird dudes in white hoods. Anyway, I really don't know what got into me, or what made me assume multiple identities or attempt to disguise my Jewish heritage, other than I believed a Jew ought to be allowed to become a white nationalist too. I mean, my kind are accepted by Jared Taylor's American Renaissance, but you guys seem to have a problem with kosher white nationalists like me. But, who knows....maybe you'll come around in time.
In the meantime, let me assume my irksome, anti-Nazi litany again, and address Mr. Strom directly: As the head of the largest white nationalist organization in America (I don't recognize Erich Gliebe in that role, and probably no one else does either) you speak often of "white community" and "white values" and "white families" on your ADV broadcasts, along with many other heart-warming ideals. And that would be a good thing - if you and the National Alliance practiced what you preached. But the evidence is overwhelming that you don't, Mr. Strom. Instead, you and the National Alliance pander - not to the best of our Race - but to the seediest elements of white society by selling the white equivalent of negro rap music: HATECORE.

Your website impressed me at first glance (before I saw the objectivist crap) but it is clear you are a crank. What I thought was strategy now looks to be no more than a bee in a bonnet.
Chase the bee away and try again, because with each response your ignorance rattles louder. The CD you criticize is a case in point. "Martin Luther Coon Day" isn't filth -- it's satire, based on one of George Lincoln Rockwell's old jokes. The whole CD is full of references of the same sort.

Rennick is not Covington, and I have never seen that claim anywhere except from Rennick.
I don't know why he wants to hide the name under which he wrote his second and fairly good novel, nor do I understand his sudden reversal in attitude toward me. Perhaps he doesn't want to be known as the same person, since his reversals in position might make him look as inconsistent as he really is.

The incompatibility of the two philosophies -- Randianism and racialism -- and the switch from a philo- to an anti- position on the Jews, and back again, are enough to make anyone's head spin. Perhaps that "spinning" is the symbolic meaning of the spiral galaxy on the person's latest Web page.
The skinhead subculture has developed outside of mainstream European and European-American society -- and it also developed quite outside the much smaller "mainstream" of racialist politics. It is the product of an abandoned and abused generation of White youth who raised themselves to racial consciousness on the hard streets where the previous generation left them. It has rough edges, to be sure, and some aspects that even most skinheads deplore. And even when it is at its best, it appeals only to a small subset of the White population. But, they did it all themselves, with no one's help, and they have managed to raise some very honorable individuals above the ruins of our civilization, individuals I am proud to work with.
The National Alliance is bringing Whites of all social levels and national backgrounds together in a White community. We are holding meetings, European cultural festivals, and public political events all over the country. We are bringing the threads of sundered White solidarity back together again. We try to show all our members the best way to present themselves and comport themselves in public. We try to teach all our members the value of positive love for our race, of being excellent people in everything we do. Do we fail sometimes? Sure. But we're out there, doing what needs to be done.
We want the wimps who are afraid to name the enemy to gain some courage and stop being wimps. We want the undisciplined to learn discipline and stop harming themselves and the cause of racial survival. We want the outraged to gain perspective and see that there will be no quick solution through violence. If we have to use graphic images and hyperbolic fiction to gain the hearts and minds of some of our folk, so be it. There are others who respond better to European cultural festivals and intellectual books and magazines, and we have those too. Take another look at the pictures I posted earlier in the thread. That's where we are going, what we are doing. We're trying to move our folk in a positive direction.
Has Mr. Rennick reached out to any disaffected White youth and tried to get them to use their lives for a good purpose? How many meetings has he held? How many European cultural festivals or political forums has he organized? He did write one pretty good book, but he seems to have abandoned that project for his current purely destructive agenda. (All Rennick's top story links on his seldom-visited Web site lead to Bill White's forgery-central site, by the way.) I think he needs to turn his life around.

Back to Doles.
I'll contribute to the fund, if all the great minds say that's the best way to help Doles. But it still sounds like extortion to me, paying a Jew-dazed politician $50,000 to "represent" this man who everybody knows is being prosecuted not for any technical violation of the law (whatever that is nowadays) but for his truth-telling. There are NO lawyers out there who can successfully represent Doles for, say, $10,000, or damn it, for free? I'd much rather see all that money dispensed to 500 white men, to visit the courthouse and assist the legal process. Yeah that's right, even if we have to hire them the way the Jews hire their crowds. If the only action taken in these cases is to pony up to the black hand, well, we might as well admit that in the coming white extinction it'll be every man for himself.
My check's in the mail, but it rubs me raw and further lessens my faith in our abilities.

In the movies about Italian mafia the Jews are so fond of (perhaps they actually pick Italians while thinking of themselves), a group, even a criminal one that the state is after, often manages to put enough pressure on individuals to get what they want. Perhaps that's why McDonald wrote that the only successful strategy in countering the tribe is whites adopting tribalism. Contrary to the fruitcake libertarians pretending there are no groups and there are no individuals, the objective evidence shows the history of the mankind is a history of groups and brute power.
