All the reasons which persuaded me to move out of CA, are coming true in a big way. The following is a brief bit from a well thought out piece.
** The here and now
And it is discontentment indeed that reigns supreme as SB 60 and AB 118 inevitably make their way towards the desk of Gray Davis, profoundly testing him in the middle of a grassroots recall drive that has already gathered about half of the required signatures to hold a special election, which will determine his political fate.
Will Davis hold firm and veto the legislation, stating - as he did only last October - that ââ¬Åthe tragedy of Sept. 11 made it abundantly clear that the driver's license is more than just a license to drive; it is one of the primary documents we use to identify ourselves" or will he play to his base - hoping to defeat the recall attempt by going hard-left in the special election?
In the long run the question is moot, Cedillo and others have been pursuing this and related issues for 5 years now and are not about to take no for an answer. They clearly see events turning in their direction and know that this legislation is destined for eventual passage and signing into law, barring unforeseen complications.
That will only be the start, the floodgates will open.
The reality is that regardless of national trends, unless the GOP finds a spine, California will one day soon have a largely foreign born population and be governed as a one party gulag.
The state will, for a time, remain economically powerful but the social burden it will have to bear will preclude it from ever attaining the greatness it once promised. It will then by necessity sink into mediocrity - like a dwarf star ââ¬â spent and out of fuel.
The sector of the population which drives job creation will initially retract and then retreat to saner climes, under the relentless pressure of increasing taxes and social legislation necessary to satisfy the demands of those who represent what Olmo referred to in his editorial as the ââ¬Åtectonic population shift.ââ¬Â
Increases in income taxes, fees and special district assessments are already being enacted to partially close the budgetary shortfall generated by profligate governmental spending undertaken to appease key political constituencies. Soon enough, proposition 13 will be overturned; it's only a matter of time. That action will have the effect of a stake through the heart of the middle-class, especially older homeowners.
And standing between the status quo and this dire scenario?
15 Republican State Senators and a smaller handful in the Assembly, who are, to their credit, for the most part holding firm - but they can't do it forever, the forces arrayed against them are too great ââ¬â so they are resigned to fighting a daily holding action until either the national party responds or they tire of the affair and capitulate.
Given the current state of the war on terror the national party could reasonably attempt to halt all immigration as a way of getting at the real problem, illegal immigration.
Enforcement of such a plan would absolutely require troops on the border alongside the beleaguered US Border Patrol and given the dicey state of race relations this option is probably beyond the will of the current administration, yet nothing less severe has any possibility of working because the influx of illegals across essentially open borders is unchecked at this point and will remain so unless something bold is done.
The solution is obvious, but alas...the flesh is weak.

What's currently happening in California will soon be coming to a neighborhood near you, whitey! Can't wait? Neither can I.
Let's hope the de-racinated white populace wakes up to reality before they find themselves permanently down and out for the count.

The best revenge: California, is ceded to them. Theyââ¬â¢re back where they started--in hopelessly Third World Mexico--and weââ¬â¢re finally rid of them and the staggering burden they represent. Sooner than later, theyââ¬Ëll run it into the ground and beg us to buy it all back. We agree ... for $24 worth of trinkets.
Meanwhile, no more U.S. welfare state goodies for them, no more affirmative action preferences, no more cowering gringo victims picking up the tabs and smiling politely all the way to the graveyard. And no more se habla español signs.
Shortsighted La Raza seems to assume theyââ¬Ëll still be on the U.S. dole even after the transfer of all that expensive property.

Any solution isolating the cancer would be preferable to continuous spread of it.
And it's not just Southern California, Northern part is swarming with them already too. There is no escape while millions of them pour over the border and the handouts continue.

Write off Calif and the human flotsam will only swim to Colorado or burrow further into Arizona and NM. It's all about chewing on Whitey's tit, y'all: ain't a single rutabaga-puller who wants any part of living in Mexico. They just wanna be Mexican, preferably as a full-time occupation.
But the overnight-ceding California to the mestizos - and fencing it off from the other 47 states on the mainland - would have one wonderful byproduct: the horrified look on the faces of the Jews, race traitor whites and Affikin-Amerkins who'd wake up tomorrow as citizens of New New Mesko. Better electrify that fence while you're at it.

California and New Mexico are hopeless! And AZ, TX, and NV are not much better. The Mexicans can be seen to be everywhere from Washington State to Maine. And always leaving a path of destruction in thier wake!

The mestizos are heading your way because Jorge Boosh and every other puppet in DC wants them to. Right now, that is. I'm afraid that most whites are going to need up close and personal exposure to these termites to finally wake up. When there's nowhere to run, people are forced to wake up, to fight. It's gonna go just like those massive domino setups the Japanese love to set up. No doubt about it. And the folks in DC are gonna claim they were always on our side. Too late.

I agree with your sentiment, although I disagree with "partition."
It's all about wealth transfers from whites to coloreds, engineered by Franco's friends. That's why white flight doesn't work. We're the host, they're the parasites. Parasites follow the host. If we abandon California, they'll just follow us to wherever.
But I am against partition - not a square inch of the territory conquered by my anscestors will be lost. They leave, I stay.
It's as simple as that.
When whites finally WAKE THE FCK UP we'll be dictating the terms, and I assure you that some weasely "partition" will not be on the agenda. When whites finally do become racially conscious (and I believe Darwinian theory predicts and awakening) we'll be in no mood for compromise. If the coloreds are citizens, they'll get some cash and a one-way ticket back to the third world. If they're not citizens, they'll get deported back to the shthole from whence they came. If they're violently resisting - well, you can just imagine.

I'm beginning to think that that's the best thing to do. I hate to say it, after all even the most wacky liberal parts of Californistan are still our country that our ancestors built... but maybe it is time to cut our losses and move on.
Forget about buying it back, though. We've been throwing money at them for long enough. It's time to let Pedro and Chiquita either sink or swim.

Assuming that one day Whites do wake up in sufficient numbers to finally render some accounting, determining what to do with alien undesirables will be the crux of it.
Position wise, I stand with mwdallas, Walter and like-minded others. Physical separation is a requisite if we are to avoid further staining of our blood. Continental boundaries are preferable but I suppose one can make do with prohibitive deserts and mountain ranges, made more hostile by judicious application of man-made barriers.
But Iââ¬â¢m having trouble conceiving of the implementation of mass deportation--the scale of which must utterly dwarf what took place in East Prussia and Sudetenland in 1946-48. I would love to read some ideas as to how this will actually occur and how Whites will find it within themselves to effect the things against which they have been thoroughly conditioned for most of their lives.
Revolutions are brought about by few, perhaps only 5-10% (or less still) of a given population, the bulk of which fulfills its role via indifference or denying expression to whatever hostility it possesses, only the active opposition is the enemy that needs dealing with. Properly motivated Whites numbering 10 - 20 million could easily carry out any governmental changes they seek. So far so good, but deporting 1/3 of the continent is altogether different from bringing down a government or two. Assuming we could silence the shrieks from those previously indifferent, we will still be visited by a well-documented problem plaguing past would-be purists. Many of us will have our own ââ¬ÅA-1ââ¬Â minorities who, we will protest, are ââ¬Ånot like the rest of themââ¬Â and support our honourable aims wholeheartedly.
It boils down to this. Seek out the best behaved, the most intelligent, the fourth generation minority American citizen and tell him he must go to Africa, Mexico, Asia or wherever. When he asks why he a model citizen must go while some white scum gets to stay (and there will be scum staying, oodles of it) and begins giving you a resume of worthy attributes he can offer to our new state what will you do. Based on some of the above posts, I gather that the White man saddled with this unhappy chore will merely shrug his shoulders and tell the guy to move along. If the alien resists, the White man will shoot him, must shoot him, or all will be for not for it will be surmised that we are not serious. But what will the by then somewhat race-conscious average White man do? Will he stomach escorting aliens to embarkation points at gun point, the very thing his past indoctrination has impressed upon him as the epitome of evil. He, and we, must stomach it, otherwise we are back to the present default of ââ¬Åsharingââ¬Â or the barely more palatable position of cutting our losses and partitioning real estate.
I can imagine quite a lot but envisioning thoroughly deracinated, epicene White boys doing a complete 180 and acquiring the sense of purpose and fortitude to behave in Wehrmacht fashion, performing essentially the same task, can be quite elusive. I do not mean to belittle anyone, for the attitude of ââ¬Ånot one inch of US soilââ¬Â is one that I share, but I wonder sometimes if we still possess the requisite stuff to attain it.

Your point is well taken. While Whites didn't have any trouble with pulling the trigger on "Native Americans" when push came to shove, they didn't have 50-plus years of inculcated guilt on the plight of the noble savages, either.
Time will tell.

I too will stay. Until my end or theirs, I will forever live my life and hold my ground in California.
Like they say: "I only shoot cans--Mexicans, Africans, Puerto Ricans..."
