Their latest initiative would require a 2/3 vote of the legislature or a majority vote of the electorate for tax or fee increases. The voters have approved prior initiatives proposed by this organization, only to be overruled by the Washington courts.
Even though they control the courts, the local jews are outraged about goyim being allowed to vote on how much they should be taxed. It appears that the real purpose may be to raise money for Goldstein, as he has a Visa/Mastercard donate button in the top screen and top navigation bar links to "Give" and "Shop".
