Jew burns down two synagogues
Jewish Iranian migrant charged with arson and terrorism involving fires and vandalism at houses of worship
Farshid Haji Tehrani, a Jewish Iranian immigrant, was arraigned on numerous criminal counts, most of which were labeled hate crimes in the complaint. He remained jailed on $750,000 bail. Tehrani, who came to the United States about 16 years ago, "vehemently denied the charges," said defense attorney Laizer Gould. "He's not a terrorist. He is of Middle Eastern descent. I know there's always a rush to judgment on these things." The houses of worship represented various faiths. Two were synagogues, including one that was firebombed. This was big news out here for a few days, until it turned out the perp was a yidster. Then the oppressive coverage almost disappeared. The coverage on the Blair situation picked up. A funny factoid, several guys I worked with, whom I have never heard say much of anything regarding race, said that they bet "a jew was lighting the fires".
