It takes a few paragraphs for Seabrook to get to it, but the AIDS "crisis" in America today is black. This is not because blacks are poor and need educamation, but because they are naturally less intelligent and have poor "impulse control," as Richard Lynn puts it.

AIDS tightens grip on South Region has 40% of U.S. cases, experts report

The AIDS epidemic is "drastically and quickly" increasing in the South, which already faces a dire shortage of resources to combat the disease, health officials said in a new report Thursday.

"In essence, we're declaring a state of emergency in the South," said Dr. Gene Copello, co-chairman of the Southern AIDS Coalition, made up of health officials in 14 states, including Georgia. "The AIDS epidemic is out of control in the South."

Georgia officials said the findings mirror the course of the epidemic in the state.

According to the report:

Ã¢â¬Â¢ While the South represents a little more than one-third of the U.S. population, it accounts for 40 percent of people who have AIDS and 46 percent of new cases. Georgia, which has 11,193 people with the disease, ranks seventh in the nation for the number of cases.

Ã¢â¬Â¢ Between 2000 and 2001, the estimated number of new AIDS cases in the South increased while other regions experienced declines or relatively stable levels.

Ã¢â¬Â¢ Southern cities represent 18 of the top 25 U.S. metropolitan areas hardest hit by the AIDS epidemic. Atlanta is one of the 18.

Ã¢â¬Â¢ Seven of the states with the 10 highest AIDS rates are located in the South. Georgia's AIDS rate of 20.8 cases per 100,000 population is sixth-highest.

The face of the disease, said the report, is becoming increasingly rural, female, heterosexual and African-American in the South. AIDS is appearing with alarming frequency in rural Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Mississippi and Alabama.

Copello, who is also director of Florida AIDS Action in Tampa, said the coalition compiled the report in response to the region's rising crisis in AIDS and HIV infections, which cause the disease.

The group called for a "bold response" at the federal, state and local levels for funding and providing outreach and treatment to combat the surging epidemic.

"The resources are not available to meet the needs," Copello said. "Unless some crucial steps are taken, the epidemic will get worse. We plan to be very loud and forceful about this."

The South is more greatly plagued by AIDS and HIV infections because of racial and economic differences and a conservative cultural attitude that interferes with attempts to halt the disease, the report said.

More than half of the people with AIDS in the South are African-American, though only 20 percent of the region's population is Black. African-American men are less likely to acknowledge that they are in a high-risk group for AIDS and are less likely to volunteer for HIV testing, researchers say.

Southern rural areas also have poor health care access. "In some states, due to limited resources, persons with HIV must become considerably ill before obtaining access to necessary care," the report said.

Some states, such as Georgia and North Carolina, have waiting lists for residents to receive expensive drugs to stave off effects of the HIV virus. One official said other states, including Florida, were at risk of the same fate.

HIV/AIDS rates also are much higher in communities in which poverty is high and adequate housing is lacking, the report said. In addition, it said AIDS/HIV rates closely parallel the incidence of sexually transmitted diseases, such as syphilis and gonorrhea.

The South, the report noted, has the highest rates for those maladies in the nation.

Prof. Rushton predicted this years ago, and was condemned as a "racist" for it. He warned that if steps weren't taken to interdict the spread of the virus, the same African proclivities that made AIDS a pandemic among blacks in their native Africa would manifest themselves with equal vigour among their cousins in the American diaspora.

Not that anybody will remember that.

It's just so sick.

You know, I'm convinced that underneath all this liberal PeeCee concern for blacks is a subconcious desire toperpetrate genocide on them, albeit in a nice and therefore ultimately more effective way. Edward O. Wilson in his On Human Nature described a similar phenomenon in Tasmania, where a purported crusading Calvinist minister named Robinson "saved" the native Tasmanians so well they died out completely. Wilson said that while consciously believing he was there to help, he was in fact "acting under the compulsion of" the group-defense instinct, and was in fact there to kill them off.

A furious hatred lurks behind the eyes of liberals like Mary Robinson and Hillary Clinton - they love blacks so much they'll pay for them to abort their offspring. They just love blacks so much they spare their feelings by censoring any "hateful" talk of racial differences in AIDS transmission, leaving them prey to the virus.

You talk about your basic haters, brothers. There they are.

Among white liberals that I know, there's clearly a repressed recognition that blacks hamper their utopian dreams (after all, you can't have a utopia in the presence of all that murder, rape, and VCR theft), but they simply can't bring themselves to admit the fact that blacks are different, chalking it up against all evidence to abstractions like 'culture' and 'white racism' that they know aren't true.

This probably manifests itself in a sort of passive-aggression against those who they know cannot participate in their utopia, but whom they would feel morally wrong excluding from such.

Mainstream white liberals turn a blind eye to reality far more often than is healthy for them, but lurking beneath is an inner racist just begging to be let out. :punk: :th: :punk:

If so, it is completely subconscious. In fact, I'm convinced that behind this liberal Pee Cee "blindness" - the conscious exertion of will to pretend they're not seeing what would be bloody obvious to a four-year-old child - is a suicidal conviction that white society deserves to fall into chaos and ruin - as punishment for failing to turn blacks into Swedes or Englishmen, only browner.

The South needs to become more progressive to combat this injustice. It is high time that government officials looked elsewhere for inspiration. Our jurisdiction has recently settled on Ã¢â¬Åsafe-injection sitesÃ¢â¬Â as the preferred means of preserving human derelicts. My tax dollars have been paying for clean needles for a while now but the municipality has deemed our collective efforts as insufficient. I.e., (and in keeping with the you get more of what you support axiom) the number of anthropoid refuse needing our services has apparently not arisen at the prescribed rate so the city will now add to their comfort by running clubs where such hobbies may be indulged in comfort and free of scrutiny.

I quoted here at length Edward O. Wilson's thing in "on Human Nature" about the good Rev. Robinson and how he "helped" the Tasmanian aborigines so well that they all died off by about 1860.

It is indeed completely unconscious. Darwinian theory would predict, if I understand Wilson correctly, that humans take to self-deceit like ducks take to water. Evolution hardwired us for it. That's because the man who believes is stronger than the man who doubts, and thus has a survival advantage. The same for tribes - those with strong religious faith have a survival advantage over those who are racked with doubts. The man who can convince himself that he is there to "help" the Tasmanians will do a much more effective job of killing them off than the man who is aware of his own simple desire to kill. You know, when I first read that passage in "On Human Nature" I nearly fell off my seat. It was one of those moments of clarity when suddenly many things became clear. I realized that Orwell's "doublethink" wasn't the denial of our "natural" instincts for objective reason - it was rather the cultivation of the very instinct of self-deception that we are all born with to one degree or another.

Then I read Sir Arthur Kieth, and I had an epiphany. Evolution is driven by one group isolating itself from others. Elites try to isolate themselves from the masses and form hereditary aristocracies, as the resource transfers from the masses help to ensure the continuation of their genes. This process of separation Kieth called "race forming behaviours."

I think that we're looking at Kieth's "race forming behaviours" on the part of our elites. They see themselves as a separate, ruling tribe, and indeed from my experience they really are. As I've posted on other threads, there aren't more than a couple million of top corporate, government, union, media, big foundation, military personnel and their families in the entire developed world. Darwinian theory would predict that they will attempt to create a separate race, and in order to do that they must first raise a cultural wall behind which their emerging ruling gene pool can form. They therefore craft (unconsciously) cultural badges that distinguish them from hoi poloi. One way to do that is to turn all others dishwater brown through mass immigration, while maintaining their own genetic separation. Another badge of separation are politically correct opinions, and real power is exercised by inflicting those opinions upon the consciences of others whose interests are most directly ill-served thereby. Teaching whites to hate themselves and to embrace their own destruction is as good a power rush as there is for the power junkies out there.

The Rev. Robinson of Tasmania's namesake (decendant?) Mary Robinson is a case in point. Remember that she is from the Anglo-Irish Ascendancy, who ruled Ireland as conquerors and who had nothing but sneering contempt for the native Irish. She sees herself, I think, as of another caste - another race, really - from hoi poloi Irish. She feels a much closer kinship with the other European elites than she does with her own putative countryment. Look at some of the things she's done: insult the Pope and by extension the majority of her own people via a terrible breach of protocol during a visit to the Vatican; support abortion rights in the teeth of the express wishes of the great majority of the Irish people; support colored immigration to Ireland; and so on and so forth. All of those motivations originate in the deep recesses of her limbic system. She's carrying on the ethnic warfare her ancestors waged against the native Irish using more subtle - and therefore more effective - means.

Now, this emerging global elite is very disproportionately Jewish, and the elites are taking on the some of the thought patterns of our Elder Brothers in Faith. We discuss this point at length every day, and so I won't go into it here.

But the point is that our elites are unconsciusly trying to form a ruling caste that will be distinguished by bloodlines and culture, with the rest of us being forced to merge into a governable brown mass. I see it in my work every day. These people know each other. They live in the same places, their kids go to the same schools and tend to marry each other. The thing that really scares the snot out of me, Il Ragno, is that these powerful new technologies will allow them to keep ultr-high IQ genes for themselves, and deny them to all others. I really believe that is coming.

And it's all completely unconscious to those who are engaged in it.

By the way, I saw a while back a very interesting sci-fi "B" movie that explored all of these concepts very well, called "Screamers." It's on the "must see" list for Evolutionary Psychology mavens like us.

"Screamers" is a dumbed-down adaptation of a short novel by the brilliant and nonpareil Philip K Dick called "Second Variety". If there's one OD'er whom I would wholeheartedly recommend the works of Dick to, it's you, Walter.

All the Big Issues - reality, time, memory, humanity, God - are confronted, wrestled with, deconstructed, reassembled and pulled this way and that like soft taffy, all in the guise of innovative & entertaining science-fiction. Start with the Collected Short Stories and wend your way to the novels.

Do you agree tht these ideas were in "Screamers?" I tried to discuss these things with others but they just flip out and look at me like I'm nuts.

The final model "Screamer" is a perfect symbol for the neoconservative who proclaims a commonality of traditional values with whites.

Or perhaps maybe even closer to the mark are "our" Tribalists, like Israel Shamir and Henry Makow. I DO NOT DOUBT that both Makow and Shamir are acting under an impulse to save their Tribe from a reaction against them by validating Paleo arguments and infiltrating their ranks. They are the Screamers, IR.

I agree with the proposition that we can make nice with Screamers like them and Michael Levin, but we must never forget that the rotating knives will mangle our flesh at any moment.

The question then arises whether I'm a Screamer. Remember, you don't know that you're a Screamer until the power-saw blades come whizzing out of your chest! :o

The Coming Afo-American Aids epidemic is going to send taxes sky in not many years. Afo-American do have ten times the European-Americans rate of VD; So their rate of Aids is not going to be small.

"Right now, about 2 percent of U.S. blacks are living with HIV/AIDS," Mr. Rushton said at the National Press Club. "That was the level of AIDS infection in Africa just 15 years ago. Now African rates are between 8 percent and 20 percent." If the HIV infection rates for U.S. blacks continue to mirror the spread of the virus among blacks in Africa, Mr. Rushton said, "we are faced with the threat of an African AIDS epidemic within large sections of the black population of the United States, and also in the Caribbean."

As early as 1989, Mr. Rushton said, he "predicted the very situation [of HIV infection among U.S. blacks] we've got today."

Thanks for posting that.

Yes, it's "tragic" but it also avoidable and therefore constitutes, in my opinion, a crime against humanity on the part of white liberals who shout down any discussion of racial differences.

Hey, I don't hate blacks. I don't wish AIDS on them, and I sure as hell don't want them murdering their own children through abortion. Liberals like Hillary want all that and more for them, but she gets called their best friend and I'm the racist "hater" for just wanting to live separately from them. Live and let live, I say. Not liberals, man. They want to hunt the negras down and kill them, similing smarmily the entire time of course.

Like I say, it's all just sick as hell.
