WASHINGTON ââ¬â The Supreme Court sided Tuesday with a black Texas death row inmate who claimed prosecutors stacked the jury with whites and said he was not allowed to present evidence of the alleged bias.

Blacks don't convict blacks (when race is an issue). Looking for evidence of potential juror's bias against convincting someone doesn't take racial discrimination, merely only questions to reveal the racist intentions of the potential black juror.
Now, we have a black guy did the killing, no quesiton about it. But, his jury didn't meet a black quota so the Supreme Court his helping him get his conviction tossed.
If the black community (net) wasn't they enemy of civilization they'd be offended that white liberals are trying to release a hard core criminal back into their community.
