Zounds! Significant -- actually, more-than-significant -- info has surfaced that the major players in the let's-bomb-Iraq movement have been pushing for war against Iraq for a long time, long before Sept. 11, 2001. We have said that Sept. 11 was a smokescreen used for justifying attacking Iraq, and this letter seems to verify it:
**January 26, 1998 ... We urge you to seize that opportunity, and to enunciate a new strategy that would secure the interests of the U.S. and our friends and allies around the world. That strategy should aim, above all, at the removal of Saddam Husseinââ¬â¢s regime from power. ... The only acceptable strategy is one that eliminates the possibility that Iraq will be able to use or threaten to use weapons of mass destruction. In the near term, this means a willingness to undertake military action as diplomacy is clearly failing. In the long term, it means removing Saddam Hussein and his regime from power. "In 1998, Rumsfeld and Wolfowitz were working in the private sector. Both were involved with the right-wing think tank Project for a New American Century, which was established in 1997 by William Kristol, editor of the Weekly Standard, to promote global leadership and dictate American foreign policy.....Rumsfeld and Wolfowitz wrote to Clinton urging him to use military force against Iraq and remove Hussein from power because the country posed a threat to the United States due to its alleged ability to develop weapons of mass destruction. The Jan 26, 1998 letter sent to Clinton from the Project for the New American Century said a war with Iraq should be initiated even if the United States could not muster support from its allies in the United Nations. Kindly note that Wolfowitz, Kristol, Abrams and many of the other signers of that letter are "right-wing Jews," Jews by race. It is right-wing Jews who lead the Zionist movement in the West. Their Jewish kin to the left of them lead left-wing, Marxist movements, e.g. the student radical movement (Abbie Hoffman, Jerry Rubin) and the feminist movement (Bella Abzug, Betty Friedan, Andrea Dworkin. et al.). All are Jews by DNA, not simply "religion." (Converts to Judaism-the-religion are rare and not considered legit by the Orthodox).
So much for the claim that "only left-wing Jews are a problem." Left-wing or right-wing, Jews are trouble.
Name the Jew. Name the race. Let them call you a hater.

Avalanche, I have been resisting the thought that Sept. 11th and the other events leading to this war have been planned. One big thing that leads me to believe these events have been planned is that there have been no other terrorist attacks in this country ( I take that back, one or two may have been attempted) since Sept. 11th. I think it very strange that fanactical Arabs have not made a number of attacks if they felt that they were truly at war with this country, after all we are the Great Satan. It would be easly to send a suicide bomber into a shopping mall, for instance. If bin Laden or Saddam were truly at war with us all this time I would have thought that this country would be as dangerous to live in as Israel.

That is a lot of information and unanswered questions.. Thanks. I knew in my heart that things did not make sense. Another thing that is really etched in my mind is the reaction of Hillary at Bush's 9/11 speech. Instead of being weepy-eyed because her constituents were attacked, she had a stone- cold demeanor and even rolled her eyes a few times. I mean, this is a woman who is a habitual liar and could put on the tears if she wanted to but in this case she makes no attempt to cover her feelings. Also, there was a coverup of short sales of airline stock for the time right after Sept.11th, investigators claiming that it would be differcult to track down the information. Bull. The information could be tracked easily by computer in a matter of minutes, look what happened to Martha Stewart.

Avalanche, the fact that the plan for invading, destroying and occupying Iraq has been on the books for years written by folks who are now in positions of great authority, and the "coincidence" that 19 rag-tag-camel-jockeys-cum-Cessna-flunkies-cum-Boeing-acrobatic-pilots snuck through our security and demolished lives, property, and liberty and now we're invading Iraq is just all too much for anyone to believe, especially the French for which I applaud them. We are on a runaway train with evil in control and the rest of us are in the caboose skipping the tracks and swaying violently to and fro like a cartoon from hell. Anyone see the Saddam Hussein interview with Dan Blather last night on 60 minutes? All I can say is that Hussein very often mentioned sovreignty of Iraq and nationalism for Iraq, and pan-arabism in the Middle East all of which are big no-no's for anyone or any country......except.....aw do I have to say it!!?!???!?!!!!!!
