CONTRARY to recent inaccurate reports, my newspapers are entirely free to set their own editorial agendas with regard to the forthcoming and entirely justified war against Iraq.
I have made a solemn commitment never to interfere with my editorsââ¬â¢ freedom to say whatever I tell them. It is merely a coincidence that all 37 of the major titles currently owned by Gnome International Media Group support my own views on the war. From the popular Perth Clarion (ââ¬ÅLetââ¬â¢s Nuke the Bastards!ââ¬Â) to the Times of London (ââ¬ÅNation Rallies Behind Blairââ¬Â), the story is the same.
My editors speak with one voice -- my own. God Bless America (where I now live).
