  The U of Michigan is gathering all of the liberal, neoconservative votes, the amicus curia briefs and whatever else that it can muster to sway the Supreme Court that it's methods of enrollment are 'fair'! Fair is NOT discriminating so that minorities or lower intelligence persons can enter a college, it is allowing all to participate in enrollment examinations and then allow the most qualified to enter. If organizations want to provide grants so that 'other' persons can enroll, not unlike how the alleged professional sports conduct their business, then that might allow fair to be stretched, however, when special consideration - bias and prejudice and discrimination - is allowed to influence how enrollment is conducted, the Constitution is violated and either the New World Order is the rule of the day, or the Constitution still applies! The U of Michigan's discriminatory policies creates a lowering of standards and that may be acceptable to those socialist administrative personnel, but it certainly is not the manner in which fairness must be administered! This great Republic - it is not a democracy - was founded on the principles of success and advancement not by denying qualified persons enrollment in a college that is funded by your tax dollars! Speak up now before the Supreme Court makes another socialist, neoconservative, opinion!

Meritocracy is dead. Afirmative Action killed it. Harlotocracy, the NWO candidate, rules supreme. Mere words won't roust her this late in the pageant.

All these businesses and others urging the Court to allow gross discrimination against whites seems to indicate that there's no need for the government (the university) to practice discrimination itself to fight discrimination against blacks.

There is no possible way ANY mandate can be enacted that would harm Affirmative Action. What Bush suggested was odd enough, considering his own pandering to non-Whites. Colleges and universities are mush-mind joints. I am reminded of a high school teacher I had (a liberal) who told me that college is a place where you can think for yourself. That turned out to be b.s. (graduated in 1997), as I learned throughout those four years.
Colleges and universities would NEVER reverse a committment to A.A. and other "diversity" tactics. They are one of those who preach "tolerance" but only if one can tolerate what they put on the table. For you, a dissident, to do likewise is punishable-by-crime in the NWO.
