Black killer used tire iron, took $11 from White victim, complaint alleges
The Milwaukee Negro charged in the death of Emily Willegal beat her over the head with a tire iron, stole $11 out of her pocket, and tried to rape her before leaving her for dead in an alley. Kimani K. Ward, 28, was charged with first-degree intentional homicide while armed, armed robbery and first-degree sexual assault. Willegal, 24, was found at 7:46 a.m. Monday. She died hours later at Columbia St. Mary's. Ward, who was driving his pickup truck in the area, spotted her walking and decided to follow her and rob her. He walked toward her on foot with the tire iron. There were at least 10 blows to her head.
At some point, he attempted to have sexual intercourse with her in the back of the truck, but after about a minute, he gave up. It was then that he removed $11 from her pants pocket, which he used to purchase gas after he had dumped her body.

And just about EVERY DAMN TIME in these articles, there something like this near the end:
...Ward has a long record, Williams said. However, the details of that record were not available Saturday.
The government and specific agents of the government should be held liable for damages for the actions of criminals who should have been in jail in the first place when subsequent crimes are committed.

A black jury (no white males) would refuse to convict this guy, regardless of evidence, if the negro claims to be totally innnocent. So, it's a good thing that many of these criminals plead guilty to some crime. For example, he'll plead guilty to a simple assault resulting in her death so he'll get an involuntary manslaughter conviction (even though, he's be actually claiming to be guilty of voluntary manslaughter). The prosecution will be going for murder, but won't get it.
