In the spirit of ecumenical togetherness I think we should all strive to make rban feel more at home by acknowledging the countless diverse ways in which his Hindu culture has enriched our Western World. Here are my top five:
Lamb rogan josh
Beef korma
Aloo ghobi
Chicken tikka masala
Prawn vindaloo
I only wish we had space for more , I could murder a kheema matar right now. Burp. Wish I hadn't had that eleventeenth pint of lager.

Wintermute - I hope this doesn't make me seem like a berk. but I don't recognize most of the dishes you include in your list. They certainly don't feature at my local curry emporium.
The only one that rings a bell is the Ganesh thingy. Isn't that something to do do with tandooried elephant ears? I could be wrong, I usually am as rban always says.
Do you have a URL where we can where download these recipes?
