Cisco sues a Chinese competitor for IPR theft; Cisco employs hundreds of Chinese H1-Bs. Can't be a connection, can there?

The Chinese stealing intellectual property of American companies while working there and then moving to China to start their own business is nothing unheard of. This is simply one of the biggest examples.

Dan,

I have as much sympathy for Cisco as I do for the multinationals who are shaken down by the likes of Jesse Jackson. That is to say, none.

Cisco uses H1-B visa holders? Tough. Let them explain this to the stockholders that their attempt to maximize profit with cheap labor at the expense of U.S. workers backfired. The same thing holds true with the corporations that are ripped off by Jackson. They are the ones who helped promote diversity and multiculturalism, let them truly reap what they have sown.

That's a great post, Dan. The earth is round, and what comes around goes around.

One time I complained about a well-known public figure in my city. Told my dad I was amazed he got away with what he did. Dad says, "It's an assurity that he'll get his. Nevermind others, worry about yourself."

3 days later, the figure's son was arrested for sexually assaulting a mentally ill person. All over the papers. I truly believe the punks who push multi-culti, hate crimes, et al will pay for what they've done.
