Illegal-immgrant employer gets 27-month sentence By TIM MCGLONE, The Virginian-Pilot © January 14, 2003 Last updated 9:48 PM Jan. 13

NORFOLK -- A man who ran a janitorial business that employed dozens of illegal immigrants was sentenced Monday in federal court to 27 months in prison. Lubomir Chocholak of the Czech Republic likely will be deported to face unrelated criminal charges in the neighboring Slovak Republic, his attorney said. Immigration agents said more than 110 undocumented Eastern Europeans have been deported from Hampton Roads since the investigation began in 1997. An undisclosed number of illegal immigrants have been deported from other areas, officials said. Chocholak, 29, was part of an extensive immigration fraud ring that employed illegal workers from Rhode Island to Florida, according to court records. He said nothing to the judge before Monday's sentencing. Chocholak employed six illegal immigrants from the Czech Republic as janitors at the Military Highway Target store and at a Wal-Mart in Hampton, court papers say. Authorities also discovered seven Czechs and two Poles working at a Virginia Beach Wal-Mart, the papers say. The workers told federal agents that they logged 56 to 70 hours a week, always on midnight shifts, and were paid between $1,000 and $1,400 a month, roughly minimum wage or less. Workers also reported having to pay the ringleaders an employment fee plus $300 each for counterfeit immigration documents, records show. Between June 1998 and January 1999, Chocholak paid $330,000 to 26 workers in Virginia Beach, Richmond, Providence, R.I., New York, Louisville, Ky., and Cincinnati. From June 1998 to November 1999, he received $1.3 million from the stores or subcontractors, court records say. Chocholak's company was hired by a subcontractor, which was hired by another company that actually received the original cleaning contract from the store. Officials from the stores said that made it difficult for them to check on workers' backgrounds. At least seven other people have been convicted, and the investigation continues. One of those seven, 32-year-old Miriam Klackova Facemyer, of the Slovak Republic, was sentenced last week to 10 days in federal prison for violating probation. Facemyer previously pleaded guilty and served seven months in prison. She violated probation last fall when she was arrested in Florida for shoplifting, federal prosecutors said. A judge also sentenced her to 110 days of home confinement with electronic monitoring and two years of probation. Facemyer operated a separate janitorial service based in Richmond, the court records say, but she worked with Chocholak in hiring illegal immigrants.

This is a two-fer for the Inner Party. Firstly, small business is targeted, rather than the chicken plutocrats over at Tyson, who conspired to bring in Mexican illegals. The little fellow isn't in the same position to fight back. Second, it seems there is no problem identifying legal infractions by whites. Or in deporting them. Try the same with Mexicans and you're a "racist". Or a "monster" even for thinking it. And of course, the old open borders chestnut, "deportation is impossible". Eastern Europeans are infinitely preferable to our nation than Somalis or Jewish mobsters, hence they are targeted by law enforcement.

Life in these United States, eh?

Wintermute **

Wintermute, you should visit Los Angeles and take a drive through Hancock Park (it's next to Hollywood) and then a quick run 5 miles West to Beverly Hills. Hancock Park is residential, with massive, multi-million dollar homes, and it's 90% jewish. The number of mestizo maids, nursemaids, gardeners, etc. you see on each block is amazing. I mean amazing. No where else do you see so many of these people working for anyone. And who do these people work for? Wealthy, very wealthy jews. Again, the area is about 90% (or more) jewish. And about 50% of the jews in this area are "Orthodox". Yep, it has to be the highest concentration of illegal help in Southern California, until you get to ... the residential areas of Beverly Hills, which are about 90% jewish (but not a lot of the "Orthodox" crowd you see in Hancock Park). I wonder if the make up of the residents has anything to do with the INS not doing the same as they did in the article that kicked off this thread? Not to mention, of course, the racial make up of the hired help. The INS could roll buses into both these areas for days before emptying out every scurrying mestizo border hopper, but it doesn't happen. The arrogant attitude of the mestizos is palatable, they present an aura of snide pomposity, the self centered arrogance that only the out of touch wealthy or low IQ chip on their shoulder individuals can present. You know which group the mestizos belong to. And which attitude belongs to their "generous" employers.

The only amusing element is how oblivious so many jews are to the real distaste the Mexicans have for their tribe, the "judios". The mestizos are there to grab the under the table $$$, for now.

Yeah, those dangerous Eastern Europeans. Keep them out. There's already too many of them playing offensive line in the NFL.
