California is notorious for having the highest cost of living for a middle class white family (except maby Alaska). With California's high-tech jobs being outsourced to India and the foreign hords swelling, California's future is looking grim. With a state debt of over 30 billion, Hispanic 5th Columnists in the State Government want protect handouts to Mexicans by taxing whitey some more.
The hispanic state caucus has proposed to massive tax hike for the "rich" (meaning whitey) in order to pay for billions worth of social services to Mexican immigrants. They will inevitably get their way, because they have a growing voter base and will eventually have a majority in the state congress.
The slow exodus of Whites from California will erupt into an onslaught of over-taxed, debt-ladden whites fleeing California forever.

The numbers of both rich and poor in LA, the county and the state rose in the past decade. The trend was sharper in the city, where 22.1 percent of residents live at the poverty level, up from 18.9 percent a decade earlier. This compares with 15.7 percent of city residents who earn more than $100,000 a year, up from 9.7 percent in 1990.
Los Angeles County had the worst drop in median household income in California during the past 10 years. Household incomes fell during the 1990s in much of Southern California, a dramatic reversal after decades of gains.
The number of people living in poverty rose 28 percent to 1.6 million. Eighteen percent of the countyââ¬â¢s 9.5 million residents live below the federal poverty line. The trend was similar throughout the area. Orange County had a 44 percent increase in the number of people in poverty.
The statewide increase in the percentage of people in poverty, 30 percent, was greater than LA Countyââ¬â¢s. The stateââ¬â¢s median income rose, partly due to the numbers of wealthy residents. About 216,000 California residents had incomes above $150,000 in 1990. In 2000, the number grew to about 642,000, without adjusting for inflation.
According to the Times, ââ¬Åmuch of what went wrong was a loss of jobs in the recession of the early and mid-ââ¬â¢90s that was never fully reversed. For example, the number of manufacturing jobs in Los Angeles County fell in the decade to 587,000 from 861,000, a decrease of 32 percent, census data show.ââ¬Â

I can attest to this one personally. I owned a home for 16 years in Anaheim, CA. and saw the neighborhood go from a wonderful family environment full of middle class working families with neat as a pin homes and green lawns to a third world slum. Cars parked all over the lawns, 16 people in a single family home, graffatti all over walls and homes, "homies:" hanging out in the garages drinking beer and listenging to salsa music, and gunshots at night. By the time we left there were only 3 or 4 families in the entire tract which still spoke english.
It wasn't that the existing families somehow "fell into poverty", poverty was imported in the form of thousands of illegal aliens who began moving into the area and eventually took it over.
I now live in rural AZ with vicious dogs and lots of guns.

As California falls we'll start hearing accusations of racism against whites and mean articles about "white flight" as if being a victim of cultural genocide and being taxed to death are traits of the criminal rather than the victim.
Even though we see California falling and we know exactly why, a few decades from now you won't be allowed to say "See, I told you so." You'll only be allowed to sob about how whites used and abused hispanics.

We can talk about whites fleeing California, but really it won't be too long before they don't have anywhere to go.

I think we will see some sort of catalyst in the future which causes 2 or 3 million whites to all leave in a one year span. The loss of their tax base will cripple the state government.
I wouldn't want to be in L.A. when the welfare checks don't show up.
Perhaps a rural state like Arizona could see a positive revolution in state politics fueled by radicallized white flighters from California. We can only hope.

Politically, whites have a profound disconnect between cause and effect, it would seem.
The ones that fled the cesspool California has become all seem to breathe a sigh of relief at escaping the mess, then promptly wonder why there aren't enough social services around to take care of the poor, followed soon by agitation and voting for the same conditions from which they escaped! Austin is a fascinating California-in-microcosm. By the way, if you do flee California, I wouldn't recommend Austin, as it would be like jumping from the frying pan into another frying pan, as far as taxation and culture go!
Granted, this isn't true for every individual, but the attitude is pervasive among the Cali refugees.
Perhaps when the crunch hits out there, it will wake up/radicalize the fleeing whites enough to avoid repeating history. Of course it doesn't speak particularly well of whites to think that trying to preserve one's culture and people is a "radical" position, but there it is.
Speaking of history, and assuming the country would be in good enough shape for anyone to be interested in it, I'll lay money that once California's last white leaves, the explanation will be that whites exploited all the resources and wealth by way of mestizo labor, then abandoned their darker brothers when they ran out, kind of like Mandela whining about all the whites leaving post-apartheid South Africa.

This is why I believe, between states and nations, there should be a generational approach to citizenship- you don't get to vote in Utah, Cali-man, but your grandkids will.
I've thought of fleeing into the country, but I think instead I'll just stay in the mix- good for the reflexes, like Kato to Insp. Cleusau (sp?).
Anyhow, the mix (sub/urban liberal world) moves fast these days. :ph34r:

Being right in the epicenter of CWII (Southern CA) leaves me feeling as if I have a front row seat for the coming festivities. As goes CA, so goes the rest of the country, or so the power brokers think. The collapse myself and others have written about will be sooner in coming than most think, and the naysayers are beginning to look foolish. The faster it goes down, the better the chances are for whites to eventually clean things up. And I am positive that is what is going to happen. I am also hopeful that one of the cheery sights we will get to see, are the heads of various politicos, political organizations and action commitees, media honchos and the like, all on the end of sticks - at the front of a victory parade.

I moved out of La Raza Strip, and the city I moved to is trying to turn itself into California on it's own. I got a community newsletter in my mailbox about how they're so delighted at the influx of immigrants and that hopefully the incoming diversity will shed the city's "redneck image".
I wonder what everyone would do if a bunch of Whites flooded into a migrant community, then someone passed around a flier stating that this is a good thing because the diversity will help shed the "Paki" and "Chink" image of the neighborhood.
The howling would never end.

If a mass exodus of California--or any other state--happens it will trigger an internal passport program as draconian as the one that existed in the Soviet Union: you stay where you are or go to where you are sent for the good of the State. No exceptions. Of course, inner party members will be exempt from any and all restrictions.
Internal passports are probably on the government agenda whether or not people start fleeing untenable geographic situations. The Committee for Public Safety will simply invoke ââ¬ÅHomeland Securityââ¬Â or some equally mindless doublespeak phrase to overcome the Constitutional issues and thereby accomplish total control over an increasingly disaffected and dangerously diverse population.

White California yuppie types typically have an "I've got mine so screw everyone else!" attitude.
When the Cold War ended and the defense contracting recession hit Southern California in the early 90's, many of them fled to the Rockies. I was born and raised in Calif. and was in the Army on leave visiting some friends in Colo. Springs in the mid-90s and remarked that the place was a carbon copy of California....rude drivers, European cars, latte shops, etc. They said with the exception of military personnel, just about everyone in Colorado at the time was a California transplant. Many of those same folks comprise Tom Tancredo's constituents these days.
Look for more of the same as the tanking tech economy and state budget woes force more emigration and inflict more more neconservative social liberals with fat wallets and dubious national loyalties on the rest of the country. (Hint, when you see BMW's with California plates around, or unexplained fufu coffee shops and long lines in the home improvement stores, they've arrived.) Like Buchanan wrote, California's best days truly are behind it.

rban, notice how the words "Paki" and "Chink" are in quotation marks, implying that I was not using the words sincerely, but to get my point across that it would be as distasteful if that were done as it was when they passed around a flier boasting about how happy they are to get rid of the "Redneck" image just because the city had a lot of White people.

It's happening where I live. On the central coast of California I bought a house in a largely Mexican area, because after I got back from South Africa where our money was confiscated I had to buy where I could afford. But now we're getting all sorts of wealthy White refugees from the Bay area and LA, and the whole neighborhood is going White middle class because of real estate prices.
We all talk about it, but aren't stupid enough to blab about it.
There's still hope for California.

When I went to California 36 years ago in the army, I was amazed at how polite and considerate the drivers were compared to those in the east. In 1982 I worked principally in the Long Beach area for almost 6 months and sensed a change for the worse coming. Even then the Belmont Shore was beautiful and peaceful. I suspect Raspail's hordes have arrived in force.

I vote that Whites from California, the Southwest, and the South relocate to the northern strip of the continental U.S., roughly along the lines drawn by Thomas W. Chittum. I realize that there are hardy White souls all over, especially in the South, willing to take up arms to defend our race. But I think that too much geographic dispersion will hamper our effectiveness, and we'll end up with little White Oranias (I believe that's what the all-White oasis in South Africa is called) scattered all over. Defense around the entire perimeter is taxing, as the medievals who built hill-forts came to discover. New America should have geographic contiguity. I choose the North because the brisk climate, forests, lakes and rivers most closely match the European climate we evolved in over a period of hundreds of thousands of years. If they live too long in a hot, tropical-type climate or desert climate, Whites may start devolving. Also, the cold climate provides a natural deterrent to blacks and Hispanics (the Somali invasion notwithstanding).

Whole lot of working-class lifelong residents on the Central Coast have been forced to pack up and move because the yuppie city slickers from LA and the Bay Area came in with their cash and drove real estate prices through the roof. Same thing that happened to Santa Barbara 20 or so years ago.
Some had to move to Fresno or Bakersfield to find affordable housing. The smart ones left the state altogether, never to return.

Lol Edward G. I also went to Ca. when I came out of the army in 66, I still remember when the freeways was clear of traffic between nine am and three pm and even with traffic you could still travel at 60 mph all the time.

My grandmother moved to LA in the '30's. She had restaurants all over the area. In the early '60's, she had an apartment building on Bonnie Brea, just 2 blocks from MacArthur Park. We used to walk down there every Sunday to hear the different musicians, and watch the people. It was great fun. Stop on the corner for a corned beef or pastrami, and never fear about walking home in the dark. Now it's the main spot to buy phony ID's for the wetbacks, and you're taking your life in your hands to be there if you're white.
We lived in Santa Ana in the '50's. My folks bought a house there, brand new for $5200. Same house is still there, full of beaners, and is probably worth 200k plus, but who could stand the chickens and goats in their yard. What a hell hole.

Well, better to know who you are and be happy than to be unhappy like you who is one that gets his kicks by insulting others, but hey! that's ok because if this was a perfect world then that would mean that we are all dead and in Valhalla with 72 virgins for each one of us.......live long and prosper my friend.
