Now that's funny. But migrants really pay fees like to coyotes to smuggle them across the border. Now where do peasants get that kind of money? If they had that kind of money they could get a visa and cross legally and then "disappear".

2 things:
Why doesn't our government (which does devious stuff all the time) just pay the coyotes to snuff the customers? Problem solved!
Also, the "Juan Romero" character reminded me of the great HP Lovecraft story- "The Transition of Juan Romero".
