I took my son to see Michael Moore live at the Roundhouse, in north London, before Christmas. The US radical and author of the best-selling book Stupid White Men was (mostly) clever, funny, angry, sharp, iconoclastic and sceptical about the lies and humbug processed by the US government and big business. Sure there were some flunked bits ââ¬â you expect that, the troughs are part of the adventure, an evening with a well-worn rebel.
What we did not expect was to feel so enraged at one point that we almost walked out. It was when Moore went into a rant about how the passengers on the planes on 11 September were scaredy-cats because they were mostly white. If the passengers had included black men, he claimed, those killers, with their puny bodies and unimpressive small knives, would have been crushed by the dudes, who as we all know take no disrespect from anybody.

This story is a good follow-up... American satirist Michael Moore has stormed out of Britain after a bust up with the London theatre hosting his one-man show. The Bowling For Columbine moviemaker performed Michael Moore - Live! to packed audiences for two months before Christmas at The Roundhouse in Camden, North London. But on the penultimate night he reportedly flew into a rage, verbally attacked everyone associated with the theatre because he thought he wasn't being paid enough. During the performance he complained he was making just $750 a night. A member of the stage crew says, "He completely lost the plot. He stormed around all day screaming at everyone, even the ã5-an-hour bar staff, telling them how we were all conmen and useless. Then he went on stage and did it in public." Staff retaliated by refusing to work the following night, which led to the show being held up for an hour. Eventually he made a groveling apology to staff and the angry audience finally took to their seats. I was going to post this story, but you beat me to it. Moore's attitude is not unusual among leftists who came of age during or after the '60s. It can be summed up in the phrase "negro worship." Blacks are cooler, stronger, better than us lame whites. The more extreme versions of this attitude can be found in, among other places, Warren Beatty's Bullworth , where blacks and their culture are shown to be a veritable redemptive force in American society. This viewpoint is rather like that of the North American Man-Boy Love Association: so self-evidently loathsome that it's degrading even to contemplate, to say nothing of trying to refute by argument.

Thanks, Faust. The Redeeming Negro recurs so often in modern movies that he's practically a motif. The great big falsely-accused child murderer in The Green Mile is the most extreme example, but others include Will Smith in The Legend of Bagger Vance and Julianne Moore's gardener/modern art tutor in Far From Heaven. Eddie Murphy made fun of this trend in Bowfinger, when his movie-star character tells his agent to get him "Buck the Wonder Slave"-type roles, which are sure-fire Oscar-bait.

Thoughtful and erudite public speakers of yore - the Coughlins, Bilbos, Revilo Olivers, Enoch Powells and Oswald Mosleys now universally condemned as hidebound and backwards - have given way to slovenly, unkempt circus clowns like Moore in the same manner that a T-bone steak is dismissed as 'bad for you' by the morons on line at Wendy's.
So we get articles like this, in which human Yorkshire-pudding Moore prostrates himself before The Holy Negro for being bigger and badder and wiser and stronger than we benighted whiteys.... while the (black?) author attacks him for failing to point out that they are ALSO a precious, vulnerable life form more susceptible to death-by-bullets than the rest of us and thus requiring the most draconian gun laws in the Western world to stave off extinction.
Has there ever been a race of people so comically and utterly dependant on the Nanny State from cradle to grave? Ever? (Hint: this is the point where some Afrocentric type tries to slam-dunk the argument by posting that laughable cartoon version of 'history' popular among blacks - and 'whites' like Moore - where black slaves invented the comb, the refrigerator, the microprocessor and the 'one-hour foto' concept. I guess in a world that recognizes Michael Moore as 'thoughtful and erudite', a guy in a lab coat named Hambone discovering radium makes perfect sense.)

Indeed there has not been. One can easily see how slavery was the best solution for negros living among whites. It gave blacks a personal benefactor who would look after both their short and long term interest (the latter being always ignored by the state and do-gooders). Additionally the master might develop some feelings for his slave. The system allowed for different sets of rules to apply to whites and blacks giving both the maximum freedom they deserve in white civilization. The end of that system, without the removal from the land of blacks, has meant nothing but increased hostility between both groups and loss of freedom and civility for whites.

il ragno, The author, Yasmin Alibhai-Brown a.k.a. 'Brown Alibi', is Ugandan Indian. She often refers to herself as black though as a Guardian-esque status enhancer. Though granted UK citizenship as a refuge from a geniunely black country, and given a privileged education at Oxford University, her life in writing is one long story of her own heroic struggle against whitey. Talk about ingratitude. A true Indian-African trader, always selling what her 'liberal' customers are buying. She's a BBC favourite too, natch.

What disgusts me about Michael Moore is the way my moderate/liberal friends adore his imbecilic "gadfly" routine. (Which reminds me, I want to post some questions about converting those who have not yet seen the light..)

My girlfriend was watching "Enough" starring Jennifer Lopez last night, and based on what I caught as I went in and out of the room, the plot was as follows- Latina marries EVIL WHITE GUY who beats her, Latina flees EVIL WHITE GUY and is counselled by WISE, KINDLY OLD BLACK MAN and is finally taught to become a ninja or something (remember, I wasn't paying very close attention) in private training sessions by WISE AND MIGHTY SILVERBAC-er BLACK MARTIAL ARTS INSTRUCTOR and finally beats the tar out of CRINGING COWARDLY EVIL WHITE GUY. Hooray! Oh, and remember, blonde women are always the home-wrecking brainless sluts. Got that?

When I see him, I think of the Chicago elementary school principal that 20/20 exposed.
He would arrive every day on time, handle a few things at his desk, then walk 3 blocks to the liquour store, get some Night Train, and join his buddies in the back of a wheel-less LTD, where they would drink and talk until it was time to go back and see the kids on to the buses.
He did this EVERY day.

Didn't even catch this till the second reading! You'd think that any celebrity would be grateful & overjoyed to be playing to cheering crowds every night in a European country so fraught with history and tradition....most of us non-celebs would jump at the chance to take such a paid vacation, just to soak up the atmosphere and visit all the historic sites.
But Michael "Babe" Moore isn't one of us no matter how he insists, nor is he a standard-issue celebrity. He represents a type of freak cultural phenomena only this age could vomit up: a lunkheaded wannabe-"intellectual" whose natural constituency is narcissistic college kids smug in their own moral and intellectual superiority [after all, everybody knows that listening to Public Enemy while stapling a free-Mumia placard to a stick creates a kind of SuperMind that cannot be swayed by propaganda].
He is a populist - for people who need to be thrown a violent beating. Thus his boorish me-first display is not only predictable but entirely consistent with the particular gestalt he embodies: too fat & ugly to be a rock star,yet too spoiled & egotistical to believe he isn't one anyway.

Hey, NABARON, here in Baltimore the black female principle at Milford Mill HS actually stole the school's only piano a few years ago.
She got fired for it. The theft was hushed up and never got in the papers but it is the stuff of legend around here.
At Morgan State U. here, a HBC, the head of the art department keeps millions of dollars worth of donated art on the walls of his home instead of at the school.
These people are like African leaders. They are in it strictly for personal gain.

Worth posting the rest of the Alibhai-Brown article.....
**Remember this as we mourn the murders of two young Caribbean women, victims, it is believed, of tough black men who control some streets of Birmingham and London and Manchester and who kill because they feel like it and they can. "Young, Gifted and Dead," Metropolitan Police anti-gun crime posters in 2001. They showed real pictures of young men in pools of blood. Nobody took any notice.
The maiming and killing goes on and on. Blood is freely spilled in clubs, schools, streets, shops, the privacy of a balcony and a small garden. Orchestrated feuds between gangs became more thrilling as guns took over from knives and knuckles. Michael Cabey was shot as he sat on a wall; Wayne Henry and Corey White were felled as they sat in their BMW; Godfrey Scott was shot in the neck and his flatmate Ray Samuels was found skinned and his tongue sliced off; the brother of the soul singer Mica Paris was shot dead in Croydon. In parts of London,14-year-old boys carry weapons and show them off. A black youth worker too frightened to be named tells me: "These kids are vicious. They think bullying and beating each other up is what sissies do. They talk about killing. They are kings when they kill. One even brought me a cat he had shot to show the others they are in command. They love it that everyone is afraid of them, even their own parents."
What lovely names they had, Latisha Shakespear (17) and Charlene Ellis (18), blasted away as 30 bullets were fired early on New Year's Day as they stepped out from the stuffiness of a party to get some fresh air. A picture of them taken just before the party shows them in hats and identical fluffy white jackets. A former black gang member ââ¬â Scorcher, if you please ââ¬â says he is sure that these victims weren't "gangsta bitches but that they were well connected and there will be reprisals for this". How reassuring on both counts. So it is OK to waste "gangsta bitches" and those who may be members of the gang who did this?
There is something distasteful, obscene even in the coverage that has followed the killings. Male journalists in mainstream papers, like Moore above, write over-excitedly about the guns, giving us pictures and prices, plus interviews with cool gang members, carrying on as if this is some Tarantino movie that has hit town. Meanwhile, decent black men and women in particular ââ¬â mothers, sisters, lovers and daughters ââ¬â weep and grieve as black-on-black killings rise in our inner cities, just as they have in the US.
Yes, we have massively more guns and armed crime in our society, and all races are involved. But British Caribbeans are disproportionately affected by the problem, and their numbers are small ââ¬â only about 550,000. Their lives are vulnerable, for a whole raft of reasons.
Blunkett and Blair are, at last, turning their attention to this problem, too long ignored or hidden by white and black leaders. A summit is to be called in Birmingham, and there is to be a change in the law to introduce a minimum five-year sentence for anyone found with a firearm.
Afro-Caribbean men are over-represented in the mental health services, according to a new report by the Sainsbury Centre for Mental Health. There is a crisis here, and the treatment offered is inferior to that received by white patients. School exclusions and behavioural problems, too, need to be part of the analyses. Policing has gone through dramatic changes since the Lawrence report (although too many racist officers remain in place) but what can be done about the refrain that there is no trust between the police and black and Asian people? Home Office research (Paper 129, 2000) shows that now there is support for stop-and-search among all ethnic groups, as long as the police treat suspects fairly, with dignity and without racism. There will be more black men stopped in some areas where gun crime is high. To decry this as evidence only of prejudice is now unacceptable.
There is another name I would suggest to Blunkett for his summit ââ¬â Jock Young, the criminologist whose book The Exclusive Society is the most compelling and convincing analysis I have seen on some of what we are witnessing. He can see the connections between Thatcherism, racism and the self-perpetuating cycles in which images and expectations of young black men have been ingested by some of them and activated to become our worst collective nightmares.

Problems (such as a tidal wave of wanton indiscriminate murder) that are addressed with the preface "First of all, let me stress that I am not a racist" - or words to that effect - are guaranteed to escalate. Guaranteed. And that's the real problem, not only in England but throughout the West. Honest, unblinking prescriptions for the malady (which aren't particularly difficult to arrive at) are verboten in the mainstream press - in fact, every sane Englishman who knows what needs to be done is equally aware such proposals can only be made in private conversation, or on the Internet...this is how widespread the acceptance of the propasphere for what it is has become.
Cover your eyes now if you're squeamish, but if one is inundated with feral black youths who "control some streets of Birmingham and London and Manchester and who kill because they feel like it and they can", who "love it that everyone is afraid of them", who are "over-represented in the mental health services" and thus "become our worst collective nightmares.....you kill them.
Because the alternative is...ta-daaa!!...[color=green]a tidal wave of wanton indiscriminate murder[/color]! And any society that would countenance such wolf packs preying on useful, productive citizens and turning England's cities into jungle hellholes out of fear that the Michael Moores of the world will disapprove is an obsolete society that doesn't deserve to survive. (Which may be academic by this point: doubtless the white youth of England are already getting their cultural marching orders from the Carib dregs of society presently making their parents cower in fear.)
The 'solution' proposed by the author was crib-dead before she even got the words on paper: it's the standard lefty one-two punch that guarantees nothing but faster, further collapse: "There is a crisis here", she writes truthfully, bookended by the usual lies: programs, education, policemen curtseying to savages, with the Whitey Did It flourish "...and the treatment offered is inferior to that received by white patients." But programs, education, and official policies of grovelling have merely given blacks the freedom and license to fully realize the only potential they had to begin with. Official racism-as-state-policy, on the other hand, sends the message that monkeyshines as usual will not be tolerated, thus forcing the community to assimilate white values and attitudes. White culture kept Great Britain viable for 1000 years; multi-culturalism will finish her off in another decade or so. You preserve the nation by not allowing the predators any choice at all.
That's in a best case scenario, mind you, which - as Brown attests - was long ago and far away for today's Merrie Olde. The tourniquet for the dazed & bleeding England of right now is police death squads. Sounds extreme? It ain't half as extreme as "a change in the law to introduce a minimum five-year sentence for anyone found with a firearm"....which will leave the entire populace as cattle on the conveyor belt to the abattoir. In which case, England will be a nation of Latisha Shakespeares in less than a generation.

Chubster Moore was also likely blind to the fact that many of the Whites on board the 9/11 planes (wasn't one of them the "Let's Roll!" guy?) were frozen to their seats by multicultural sensitivity training. Express alarm about the suspicious movements of Arab-looking men and by God, you're a racist. Kind of like the Whites who sit frozen to their subway seats while the teen-negro animals misbehave on the New York City subway system (myself included... I have no problem admitting that I'm out-bodied by six or seven overgrown apes with gold teeth, baseball caps and "FUBU" clothing). Whites know their place in our society, and it's glued firmly to our seats with our mouths shut about the chaos unfolding around us.
In any event, Land Manatee Moore probably would have wet his pants had he been there.
