Jews win court victory over Holocaust revisionist
Australian Jews have won a landmark court case after a judge ruled that material published on the internet by a Holocaust revisionist was insulting and racially motivated.
The Adelaide Institute website, run by Dr Fredrick Toben, was found to have published material that implied some Jews had exaggerated Jewish deaths in World War II for financial gain.
Justice Catherine Branson's ruling that it's illegal to publish such material on the internet has been praised by Australian Jews but condemned by Dr Toben as a blow against free speech.
According to the Herald-Sun Justice Branson found statements on the website breached Australia's Racial Discrimination Act.
The judge said these implied there was serious doubt that the Holocaust occurred and that Jews who challenged Holocaust disbelievers were of limited intelligence.
Jeremy Jones, president of the Executive Council of Australian Jewry, rejected claims the ruling was a blow to free speech.
He said he hadn't sought damages or criminal charges but merely wanted the offensive material removed.
But Dr Toben told the paper that free speech in Australia was dead and insisted there was a Zionist "racket" to profit from Nazi discrimination against Jews. However, he denied he was a racist.

JEWS know that if the general public ever discovered what dastardly deeds these SOBs have done throughout history, there would not be a safe place left anyhwere on earth for them to hide.
The laws that have been passed in Germany, Canada, New Zealand, Australia and many others are just the tip of what is coming our way and it will become more dangerous to say something negative about a jew then to commit manslaughter. ;)
