A woman who claimed she was passed over for a promotion within the city's Police Department because she's white has been given the job that sparked claims of reverse discrimination.
Cambria Shaw was promoted from records clerk to community service aide in October, city records show.
Shaw was one of three police department employees, all white, who claimed they were passed over for the newly created position last December because of their race.
Police Chief William Anderson, who is black, instead hired two black women who were less qualified, the three employees wrote in their original complaints.

No such thing is reverse discrimination or reverse racism. Racism and discrimination are a two way street.
Racism and discrimination against whites are still racism and discrimination.
Saddening really what's happened to this country in terms of political correctness. ;)
