The then-owner of OpinioNet.com agreed to hand over the reigns of his site to Todd Brendan Fahey, longtime Right/libertarian activist and Strategic Director of EtherZone.com. The deal was inked, passwords were handed over to Fahey, OpinioNet's new owner and publisher...all looked hunky-dory.
After nine (9) days, the former owner of OpinioNet.com changed his mind, citing matters of content under the new ownership and certain writers' objections, and the deal was scotched. An acriminious ownership dispute ensued, whereby title to OpinioNet.com was transferred to Reverend Tom Barrett, who merged OpinioNet with his own Web site, ConservativeTruth.org.
Fahey and allies regrouped and took over FriendsOfLiberty.com and SiaNews.com.

I will not go with any right-wing noncon crowd, anywhere. They have conspired to kill this country. The inner lines must be drawn now, in eternal ink, forever.
Ask Barrett if he knows the difference between eternity --timelessness; and forever -- unending time. Most Jew-Catholic calendar Christian types don't; they conflate eternity = timelessness, and forever (=unending time), but these are logically distinct. Logical truth, for example, is "eternal"= timeless; but that has not always been recognized on earth.
The difference makes a difference, as all differences must, somewhere (appropriate to their application), because the conflaters' "conservatism" is another mode of pandering to the people of the Golden Calf. "Forgiveness", they say. They bleat "Forgive Trent! Forgive Trent!" -- when he didn't even intend to stand up for what he said. They don't understand how anything one does can, really, matter forever. They don't understand sin, which any 7 yr old can get, if explained to them rightly, without intimidation. But it hasn't been, to them, which is what makes they calendar conservatives They have lived so long, or become so dead with those who have lived so long among the dead, lacking life, vitality, spirit, that ......yawn....another day, another $, same old same old;-- that way yesterday, be that way tomorrow....in other words, purely fatalistic, not caring, sadistic, and pro-bush. Their "forever" is always "and a day", nothing inner, because they don't really believe they have anything eternal in them. (Understanding logic, of course, doesn't get it.)
They never intend to stand up for anything, only against this or that, so let them go. Let 'em eat Wolfawitch. Today the US kills Iraq. Tomorrow Iraq gets resurrected as a new democratic nation in the middle east, right up there alongside Afghanistan, Qatar and Wasreal. Today Trent, tomorrow the world.
But he deserves it. What a worthless piece. Let him eat Abner.
Meanwhile, there has to be a place where the blood of communication in America is kept pure. Let it be here.
