Don't Worry

George W. Bush picked a new, Jewish economic advisor. But don't worry.

Here, from the web:

"WASHINGTON - President Bush rounded out his revamped economic team Thursday by naming Wall Street investment banker Stephen Friedman as his top economic adviser."

Yes, even though Bush's team in Washington, DC just became even more Jewish-by-race than it already was, there is no need to be concerned. Nope. Even though we are currently at war with much of the Arab world, there is absolutely no conflict of interest in having Jews dominate the executive branch of our federal government. What, are you kiddin'? Fuhhgettaboutit!

Even though many Jews occupy top positions in the current regime in Washington, DC -- e.g., Douglas Feith, Richard Perle, Elliott Abrams, Robert Satloff, Paul Wolfowitz, Richard Haass, even Bush spokesperson Ari Fleischer -- there is no reason to think that this feature would impact U.S. policy as it relates to anything in the Middle East, or impact Arab citizens living in America. Nope. No way.

So don't trouble yourself with worry! Just eat your donuts and play with the family dog. George W. and his Hebrew cabal have everything under control....Mazel Tov!

Steve Sailor on Elliott Abrams:

"News Flash! -- Yassir Arafat has appointed as his point man on the West an activist who has long struggled to prevent intermarriage between people of different religions. Yet more evidence of Muslim bigotry!"

"Oops! Never mind. I got that backwards. It's Arafat who is married to a Christian. It's George W. Bush who has just appointed as America's point man on the Middle East a gentleman who spent most of the 1990s trying to keep Gentiles and Jews from marrying each other: Elliott Abrams. I guess that out of 289,000,000 people in America, the President just couldn't find anybody who, on this important issue, wouldn't make America look more bigoted than Yassir Arafat."

**Here, from the web:

Just reading the news reports it was fairly obvious what happened. O'Neil "hadn't done a good enough job keeping Wall Street happy". "They missed the good relationship they'd had with the previous Treasury Secretary - Robert Rubin".

Millions of unemployed, and who does dubbyah have to take political action on account of? The few Wall Streeters who are made the Goldman-Sachs' of the world aren't making their big merger and arbitrage fees anymore, etc.

Odd this thing doesn't even cause a stir nowadays.
