NEW YORK (AP) Rosie O'Donnell's girlfriend has given birth to a baby girl.
Kelli Carpenter, the comedian and former talk show host's longtime partner, gave birth to Vivienne Rose O'Donnell Friday at an undisclosed New York hospital, O'Donnell spokeswoman Cindi Berger said Saturday.
``Mothers and baby are just great,'' Berger said.
The baby weighed 6 pounds, 6 ounces and is 19 inches long, Berger said.
Carpenter and O'Donnell named the baby Vivienne after the main character in the book ``Divine Secrets of the Ya-Ya Sisterhood,'' and Rose after O'Donnell's mother, Roseanne, Berger said. Rosie O'Donnell is also named after her mother.
O'Donnell has adopted three children Parker, 7; Chelsea, 5; and Blake, 3. This is 35-year-old Carpenter's first child. Berger would not say if O'Donnell was formally adopting Vivienne Rose.
O'Donnell ended her syndicated talk show in May, and four months later left Rosie magazine, saying the publishers had stripped her of editorial control. Publishers Gruner + Jahr and O'Donnell are suing each other over the magazine's demise.

Even though this story represents an abomination against nature, surprisingly I'm pretty cool with it. At least one of the protagonists had to undergo labor pains to achieve the desired result.
The unconscionable Rosie-and-kids story is her adopting three (THREE!) white babies like she was buying fabric swatches. At least it's unconscionable when you truly understand the kind of Hell on Earth our govt puts childless white couples (who don't have tv careers & who wish to adopt within their own race) through.
Counter that with the monstrous social policy of running a 24-hour, 7-day-a-week factory showroom of kids-4-sale for any deviant with money and influence who don't wanna merely celebrate their aberrant love with new hers-and-hers Range Rovers or Rolexes - "when you want to tell her you'd do it all over again, say it with A White Child....the ultimate in elegant lifestyle accessories for Today's Dyke." Monstrous.
Even more monstrous when you consider O'Donnell and her inamorata could've had their own at any time previous to this. But why cook yourself when you can order out?
Try telling that to the working-class white couples put on waiting lists for years and years, who are made to feel like criminals for not simply 'settling' for a black/brown baby; who are in fact pressured to settle for one.
And who knows what notations go into one's permanent file if you vociferously reject such an alternative? Maybe you get a big fat 'R' in red ink and the phone call you've waited years for just coincidentally never comes. While wealthy homosexuals get the brie & cabernet sales-tour throughout the showroom...except they don't get the same choice of designer colors rammed down YOUR throat.
"Sorry, it would send The Wrong Message to let you two abusers-in-waiting have a child of your own race. Check back in when one of you gets at least a 13-week commitment from a network for something, so we'll know you're fit to be parents ..... Besides, the fags have cleaned us out of inventory, in a blur of holiday shopping.........well, it is Christmastime, after all, and believe me - white kids are this year's Tickle Me Elmo!............ hmm? Who's Paula Poundstone?"

I can understand your logic on this in the racial sense. And it is very true, for a White family to adopt a White child is a feat close to impossible, unless you're a millionaire. :angry:

Disgusting. Children need a healthy, heterosexual household in which to live and learn good, moral values.
This sickens me that homosexuals can be allowed to adopt here in my America.
