U.S. expected to approve $14 billion aid request

Israel will today submit a request for $14 billion in economic aid to U.S. National Security Advisor Condoleezza Rice. President George Bush is expected to quickly approve the request - $4 billion in defense aid. and U.S. guarantees for $10 billion - with minor changes, Israeli sources said.
The sources said the Republican congressional majority would approve the aid within 3-6 months. After Finance Ministry director general Ohad Marani and Prime Minister Ariel Sharon's bureau chief Dov Weisglass submit the request, it will be handled by both Israeli and U.S. officials who will determine the duration of the grant and guarantees, and various technical details. The guarantees will apparently be for five years but it is unclear how the defense aid will be laid out.
Sharon told Defense Minister Shaul Mofaz during a meeting eight days ago with Finance Minister Silvan Shalom, that as soon as the U.S. makes a positive decision on the defense grant, he will consent to some of Mofaz's requests for budget increases. The sources say the grant will allow the government to direct defense spending to growth oriented projects.
Some treasury officials are not pleased with the request for such high guarantees, fearing that some of the money will not be directed to growth projects.
However, sources at the prime minister's office say news of the aid will improve the country's international financial standing, and could encourage both local and foreign investors to reconsider Israel. The U.S. aid will also substantially influence the strategic situation in the Middle East.
Sharon first raised the question of aid in his Washington meeting with Bush in mid-October. The formal request was completed by Marani's staff in the past two weeks, with the explanation that Israel has increased military spending in the past two years because of the Palestinian uprising and the expected U.S. war with Iraq. Last week, Turkey and Jordan received generous American military aid of $2 billion to prepare for the possible war with Iraq.
The request for the guarantees - the option of getting improved loan terms from U.S. banks - is based on Israel's need to stabilize the economy and pull out of recession.
Last week Washington approved Israel's annual military aid of $2.16 billion for 2004, and is expected to approve its civil aid soon.

The country made up of squabbling tribes like never before. Our government cheerfully discussing assassination & regime change as George W Corleone & Hyman Roth-Sharon convene to convene to settle All Family Business in one fell swoop.
And at THIS PRECISE moment they bumrush through another $16 billion to that Mosquito-State-on-the-Mediterranean, as sotto voce as possible - so sotto voce that you can read more about it in the Izzy press than here.
It is the moral obligation of every American citizen....of every Westerner.....to write/call their Congressman, circulate petitions, and mount grass-roots campaigns to DEMAND Congress not authorize these "loans". If we can't stop this robbery of Americans at a time when we desperately need that money RIGHT HERE....if we're such beaten dogs that we fear saying "Israel" out loud in any but worshipful tones.....the coming Homeland Security Act will finish off Western restoration & paleoconservatism in America for good. We will never win a single victory on any front and any war to reclaim the West will never even take place.
But if we can draw a line in the sand and make a big enough nose, form a big enough coalition.....we might just strike a spark for sanity, and send a message to Ridge & Ashcroft that the American public won't be as simple to implant security-chips into as they think.

The unfortunate reality is that the average taxpayer won't even know about this because the mainstream media--hell, even what passes as much of "alternative" media--won't even cover this story.
Name me one nationally syndicated talk radio host not on shortwave (aside from Jeff Rense or Chuck Harder) who will even mention this. It ain't gonna be on Fox News or O'Reilly or CNN. Rush ain't gonna mention it, nor Savage. Amy Goodman might for the lefties. Drudge, NewsMax, and WorldNetDaily probably won't link it, and even if they do, how many influential opinion columnists will say enough is enough and blast it in an editorial?
The ZOG-friendly media knows all too well the axiom "If a tree falls in a forest and nobody hears it, it doesn't make a sound." They know that the number of Americans who will even know about this and question the government is so small it won't be politically significant.
PJB and Sobran might write about it, but with their core readership it's like preaching to the choir.
I don't know what the answer is, but information is power, and there are well-heeled forces in high places that diligently make sure the American taxpayer sees and hears only what is canned, packaged and spun. If Americans would simply hit the Net and quality magazines and read their news instead of having it spoon-fed by broadcast media things would change overnight. Maybe that's why the NWO wants the kids coming out of the public schools so dumbed-down....thinking people who read for their news and seek the truth are a threat.

Once again my heart began palpitating. With a population of not quite 5 million Jews Israelis will receive more than $800 a piece and loans (most probably not to be repaid) of more than $2000 per Jew.

I am equally positive you are correct. I have tried to bring this subject up in conversation and receive stares as if I am dressed in a SS uniform. I just mention this and do not engage in harangues as much as I might wish. To do what you want (as I do) will require us to spend time in a rubber room.

I have to laugh at the wording of this paragraph:

"Bush is expected...Israeli sources said." Is that just a statement of the facts of the situation, or is that a command, in the sense of, "You are expected to appear before this Committee on the date assigned below, or you will face prosecution to the fullest extent of the law?"
I ask because you never can tell with the Chosen Ones, you know.

Maybe that's why the NWO wants the kids coming out of the public schools so dumbed-down....thinking people who read for their news and seek the truth are a threat.
I suspect this is true. Very little happens by accident, it seems. They only want people to think that it does, and too many Americans go along with this kind of thinking, as if the political outcomes they are subjected to are as random and uncontrollable as the weather. They want us to think that "globalization" of the economy is some inevitable, natural force that can't be held back and that we have to adjust to it and accept it whether we like it or not. And a lot of people do think "there's no alternative," and they go around telling each other that, making it part of the "conventional wisdom." But that "conventional wisdom" benefits someone, and that someone ain't us. "The Powers That Be" go to great lengths to make sure that the events taking place around us seem natural, while the whole time they are busily making sure the system they've artificially created stays afloat. If globalization were natural, then why the big push for the phone-book sized NAFTA, or the proposed FTAA (Super-NAFTA), or the massive military machine puttering about all over the globe "keeping the peace?"
