Sorry I can find the article on-line, basicly it cheerfully said that everything is going well for the Right in European and all they need to do go pro- immigration and everthing will be great.

Leftists and neocons sometimes pretend to hold some of the values of paleoconservatives. While pretending, they tell us how something such as massive 3rd-world immigration is good for our values.
Public Schools help preserve American values (so School Choice is bad for conservatives). Hispanic immigrants help make America a more Christian nation. Stuff like that.

Then, their team has a glorious year and they tell you, "SEE! I told you they'd be good this year!"

Your observation is one of the most important that can be made about neoconservatism. It reveals that, at base, the neoconservatives seek to advance a liberal policy agenda, justifying that agenda in terms of conservative principles and values. It truly is a hijacking.
Paleoconservative scholar M.E. Bradford explains in The Reactionary Imperative (1990) the infiltration and subversion of the conservative movement by forces of the Left (the neocons):
"There are, to be sure, certain groups who have recently attached the conservative label to themselvesââ¬Â¦because it allows them to so redefine our position that we can no longer hold it for our ownââ¬âallows them to steal our identity and put it to uses at variance with its origins: to invert it into something foreign to itself, leaving those who are still conservatives in the familiar sense of the term with no ground on which to stand. Actually, "school choice" is bad for conservatives. Real conservatives make whatever sacrifices are necessary to educate their children outside of the public school system while refusing to accept welfare in the form of vouchers.
"Conservatives" who accept vouchers are hypocrites beholden to the state in my book.

You know, that's very true. Now that I look at this closer, I think my mind took "school choice" for homeschooling when I read that quote, since I'd heard the neocons really don't like homeschooling--not enough "Holocaust studies" at home, maybe.
You are correct. Let's cut out the middle man known as the State. Those vouchers are really the State taxing parents and then giving them back a fraction of their money, minus the bureaucratic processing fee.
I used to accept the "school voucher" idea until a friend told me how to look at it, and he mentioned much the same about "eminent domain"--the ridiculousness of the State taxing your money from you and then "buying" your land at a "fair market value" with the money it took.

Worse than taxes, state control of the finances of education will inevitably be leveraged to keep ideological control of the curriculum. The state should have nothing to do with education.

It's not so much that neocons hate homeschooling as much as they get all huffy when a libertarian or paleocon calls them welfare parasites for accepting vouchers to send their kids to private (mostly parochial) schools.
For the record, a few months ago when SCOTUS ruled vouchers constitutional, NewsMax tried to smear all voucher opponents as statist, coldhearted socialists of the NEA flavor. Needless to say, The New American, Lew Rockwell, and Joe Sobran retorted with both guns blazing, but you don't see their views aired on NewsMax or WND now, do you?

What the European Right needs to focus on now is not just the elimination of emmigration of non-whites, but the repatriation of non-Europeans from their lands.
The whole emmigration situation is no accident. The reduction of the white population and its gradual replacement by non-whites is engineered by Zionists. Its called revenge, hatred for the white race.
We need to hate as well, to hate our enemies that want to destroy us as they hate us. And we need to channel this hate into actions and behavior that help us and hurt those that are against us.
