First, NewsMax attempted to quarantine the Zionist/Israel/America topic to one forum. Now, that too is unacceptable for them.
The brass at NewsMax shut the Middle Eastern Affairs forum down. The ostensible justification was that things were getting uncivil and personal but I guess there was just too much truth about Zionists and Israel being tossed around. They should have or could simply deleted or edited the "offending" posts--an action which if administered fairly and objectively would have been to the large detriment of the Israel First contingent. And, they just couldn't do that now, could they? It is far more often that an Israel Firster resorts to personal attacks and inevitable name calling or abject obfuscation and lies for with what else can they argue?
The NewsMax forum has an agenda and it looks to be Israel First.

Robbie piqued my interest in this forum, and within a week I was booted. Honestly, I used no profanity and was polite to other posters (including Turret F-cker who constantly screamed obscenities at me)
The moron booted me for "criticizing the office of the Presidency." I think it was my line "I notice nobody here is willing to go to Iraq themselves. They want others to do the dying for them."

I find it amazing that they would boot Jay off of NM's forum because of what he posted there. I read his posts and thought they were very rational, as opposed to the hyper-emotional gibberish spewn by the neocons. I posted there too and haven't been booted off. Mostly I link articles from various web sites over there.

Why thank you, Current93. You stating that means alot to me. Granted we've had a few boundary disputes here on our pages and elsewhere, and heaven knows I've made my share of mistakes and mishaps, but I have tried hard to establish this site as a place where a dissenter can put forth his or her views in a responsible manner without fear of heavy-handed censorship. I know some will scoff at that, but that comes with the territory I guess. One can't please everyone at the same time. One thing is for sure though, this place wouldn't be what it is without the contribution of high-caliber posters like yourself. Thank you for that.

My thread on Evasion by Jews of American Wars http://www.newsmax.com/ubb/Forum36/HTML/000017.html was locked by Dong Ha, who proclaimed that more than 30 years after his tour in Vietnam he could not discuss what he did. This is absolutely a crock of sht. He caved in to the Semitic influence. It permeates most of the media. These lying bstards will send others to fight and die when they do not have the guts to do so. Yet none is allowed to point out their deceit and fraud. I am afraid this state of affairs says far more about the goyim than Jews.

They should call that forum "Jews Max," from the things that are posted now.

To use the Mid east Affairs section, go through the regular stepe, but then add ratfink for the moderators password.

The all-too-many moderators at NewsMax, after much phony moralizing about civility in public debate, have opened the Middle Eastern Affairs forum again. Too pitiful and too afraid of being exposed as ZOG puppets, they have limited all debate concerning Israel to Middle Eastern Affairs and, aided by a password ruse, have drastically reduced the number of posts to the forum.
NewsMaxââ¬â¢s policy of free, open, no-holds-barred debate was a well-conceived fraud that deceived many loyal Americans for a long time; those of us who have contributed time to the forum should consider its temporary shutdown and its new policy of censorship as a victory--particularly w. bales whose research and informative posts on the USS Liberty incident, in which the Israeli government murdered 34 American sailors in a treacherous act of war on the high seas, was the pivotal turning point. It was a victory over lies, deception, hypocrisy, and bullying.
One moderator, for example, after flirting with libel by accusing a foe of Americaââ¬â¢s Israel-first foreign policy of distributing anthrax, was put in charge of the Middle Eastern Affair Section, where he openly bragged of recruiting Zionist fanatics from other forums to join the debate. These cyberspace misanthropes would stigmatize anyone who dared question the special relationship between Washington and Israel with vile language and malicious slander, disparaging the character of opponents rather than dealing with the facts or issues raised, questioning the motives, qualifications, past associations, personality, looks, mental health, and so on to divert attention from their arguments and to discourage others from hearing them out. A favorite tactic, when a worthy American made a particularly good point, was to label that poster a Palestinian terrorist.
Americans who love their country and contribute time to internet forums often have the ill luck to offend Zionists. This makes them targets for every conceivable kind of epithet-racist, subversive, pervert, hate monger, nut, crackpot, degenerate, un-American, anti-Semite, red, commie, nazi, kook, fink, liar, bigot, and so on--a tactic of name-calling and intimidation designed to crush the opinions of any and all who dare oppose Americaââ¬â¢s ââ¬ÅIsrael-first Policy.ââ¬Â These epithets don't have to be proved to be effective; the mere fact that they have been said is often enough. In the insidious little box of Zionist propaganda there are many cunning devicesââ¬âtricks, lies to deceive decent Americans--and Zionist agent provocateurs are never so happy as when they are working these evil things and seeing them go. A favorite trick, right out of the Frankfurt School of Political Correctness, is to label anyone who dares disagrees with the Zionist world-view an anti-Semite. They have worn out their keyboards in working this trick. By calling Americans who question their governmentââ¬â¢s relationship with Israel anti-Semites, they can equate them with Hitler and evoke the Holyhoax.
I was never banned from NewsMax. It just dawned on me, after a while, that posting there was a waste of time. Why make yourself a target? NewsMax is merely a haven for comic book characters like Turret Gunner, no doubt the creation of a juvenile Jew obsessed with Israel and the supremacy of his tribe. Itââ¬â¢s not difficult to make jerks appear ridiculous. In my last post there I suggested Turret Gunner eat a bullet to cure his misery and the thread was closed.
NewsMax, which promotes books by Shane Hannity and private donations to Israel, is enemy territory.

Mine $.02:
I post under my own name (handle is: "toddfahey") at NewsMax forum, and have, over the past two months, seen damned near 0.00 response to threads of my origination. The same threads/topics, posted at LibertyForum and LibertyPost.org, and at EtherZone, routinely see 10-100 responses.
I've gotta think, then, that either the philosophy of the NewsMax board has gone significantly neocon (Republican Big Gubm't is AOK; Israel-first even better), or that my name has become associated w/ EtherZone and is, therefore, anathema to NewsMax; or, likely, a mix of the two.
Either way, I've also noticed a disturbing amount of stone-Marxist and/or "sensitive" agititators at NewsMax's forum. As for NewsMax.com, generally, it still does a goodly level of muckraking, and is critical of "Homeland Security" and other of Bush's more totalitarian measures, so I'm not ready to "diss" the site just yet.
But its forum sucks sh*t through a straw, that's fer sure.

Todd - I'm registered at Ether Zone, but I got fed up with it because you allow trolls, personal attacks, etc.. NewMax does not.
I just checked in at Ether Zone again, and I'll give it another try.
God Bless.

Hi, Ed,
Well, I'd beg to differ as to "personal attacks and trolls" and NewsMax: there's PLENTY of 'em. Less, proportionately, than at EtherZone's forum.
& even so--begging the question of trolls: It's a hard row to hoe, as a Forum Admin. RimJob at FR has taken the tyrannical route, obviously (via the politically-correct urgings of his new bosses). EtherZone has only banned one (1) forum poster in its 7-year online existence, and that was a guy who threatened to stalk me, personally, in Arizona, should I show up there and begin campaigning for McCain's Senate seat.
Some things must be brought under control, even at the most "libertarian" of forae.
& even here at OD, Texas Dissident allowed jjbrouwer to enter back into OD's ranks, knowing full-well that Mr. Brouwer (UK "journalist") had slammed Sam Francis and OD at many venues.
Yr mileage may vary, as to the various discussion boards. Mine surely does. I like it here, and at EZ and at LibertyForum, and at some gun-forae and ultra-underground hackers' sites. But in saying that "EtherZone `allows trolls,' you're begging the question of OD's owner having allowed jjbrouwer back into this site--and that's a tender question.
Better, in my view, the posters walk right on past those who are foolish in extremis, rather than insist in banishment.
Best, TBF

In NewsMax, if a member, such as I, protest to a moderator that another poster has made a personal attack on me, action IS TAKEN.
I have participated in a few.
Here's a definition of a Troll that all Forum Webmasters and moderators should read, and enforce:
TROLL:
An individual who chronically or regularly posts specious arguments, flames or personal attacks to a newsgroup, discussion list, or in email for no other purpose than to annoy someone or disrupt a discussion. Trolls are recognizable by the fact that they have no real interest in learning about the topic at hand - they simply want to utter flame bait. Like the ugly creatures they are named after, they exhibit no redeeming characteristics, and as such, they are recognized as a lower form of life on the net
