I think the federal government shouldn't be involved at all in the legal/illegal status of Marijuana. However it is. While this may be a moral victory for Pot Puffers, it's actually not going to make much difference. People will still go to jail for possession in Denver.

I don't smoke, drink or do drugs, however I don't se any difference between a shot of wisky and roll.
Back in the 60's I did try marijuana three times and It didn't do anything for me so I stopped.
I wonder if they will make the law retroactive and kick out those in jail for smoking marijana.
