A hypothetical problem for you.

I have a friend whose illegal alien flophouse neighbors own a parrakeet, which they leave in a cage on their back patio. The parakeet squawks all day and into the night as well, making my friend's home sound like a pet store. Even with the windows closed, he has very little peace.

Hypothetically speaking, what could my friend use if he wished to send the excessively noisy bird off to the Happy Hunting Grounds? My first thought was to use sound waves (the high frequency type you can't ordinarily hear,) and I suggested that, but I didn't know where to send him to check out the available technology.

Thoughts?

He could, if he can obtain access to it place it in a plastic bag until death. Otherwise he could just shoot it with a BB gun from that guy's backyard. He could also get some practice with this new toy.

All hypothetically of course.

I was going to say your friend should try a sling shot. But you want to have your friend check this out Bye Bye Birdie. Or here.
