I hesitated joining the latest version of Phora out of fear that something like this would happen... this is actually starting to get[B] sardonically funny[/B] (appeals to my Finnish sense of humor, you see)

The new Phora is boring. There's a profound lack of intelligent posts, and Fade is hardly around anymore in his new "John Dryden" persona. :whlch:

If the Phora was really being "hacked" by a legitimate hacker, why would he leave a few selected posts like

Fade IMO is just capitalizing on various peoples lack of interest in him and/or detailed technical knowledge to pull one over on you. I'm awfully certain someone with expert knowledge could prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that the"hackings" are in reality the work of an insider (i.e. Fade).
But why bother?

Almost all of the more or less serious posters have moved to other forums. Donkey's Speakeasy in particular.
