I no longer work in the corporate world, but i still get emails from recruiters asking me to let them submit my resume. About 1 out of every 4 or 5 has a name something like "Ashish" or "Rajesh". I never reply to these, but im tempted to just once reply and tell to try the immigration office instead.

Back in 1999 or 2000, almost every corporate recruiter i encountered was white, usually female. There was the occasional spade or token negro, but it was rare. Nowdays, even the IT (information technology) department manager roles are increasingly becoming non-white, as the hindus and orientals make their way up into management.
