The prediction of which - by a black official - is met with gasps by other black pols, on the chance it's construed as a 'goal.'

My, my. Even a freeper can perform the following follow-up: "But if someone made the statement that America is destined to have a white minority, the reaction wouldn't be the same."

"You didn't move fast enough to relocate blacks from New Orleans before the storm.....You Are A RACIST."
In the storm's aftermath, the Rev. Jesse Jackson and Rep. Maxine Waters, California Democrat, charged that relocating evacuees across the country was "racist" and designed to move black people, who overwhelmingly vote Democratic, out of Louisiana.
"OOPS I mean your relocating blacks out of New Orleans....You Are A RACIST".

I'd say consider the source, but in this case the source is irrelevant. You could have predicted this prior to the storms arrival, regardless of where it hit or how much damage was done. Mother nature is, you would have to conclude, white mans weather and is RACIST.
