I'm really curious to see how she deals with her tribe. I won't hold my breath.
In an address during the Million Mom March in May 2000, Yoffie declared that "indiscriminate distribution of guns is an offense against God and humanity" and that "we are ready for a knock-down, drag-out, no-holds-barred battle against the NRA, which is the real criminals' lobby in this country, and which is drenched in the blood of murdered children."
If anyone is guilty of a crime it is this fakir for being one of those who helped unleash the scum not only of this society upon the rest of us, but wants to bring in the third world to finish the job. May he one day be set upon by a third world mob and his last vision is that of one of those beloved third worlders caving in the front of his skull with a cinderblock.

I've never had much faith in the NRA anyway. The problem is that they keep pushing the message that they and their lobbying efforts are all that keep Americans from losing their gun rights. That's a dangerous message. Americans need to take the attitude that firearms and the willingness to use them are what keep tyrannical gun laws at bay.

How often do you see the NRA discussing the real purpose of the Second Amendment? All they ever talk about is the use of guns for defense against common criminals or for hunting. They should be spreading the message that the primary purpose of citizens' firearms is to shoot at any police or military personnel who obey orders to round up citizens' weapons or otherwise impose tyranny on the population. If even one percent of gun owners responded with force to such a situation, it would be enough.

Indeed, Angler. I used to get their First Freedom magazine (supposedly the "hard core" one) and if I never see yet another picture of Wayne LaPierre cradling a $5000 double-barrel scattergun it's gonna be too soon. :gunsmilie

Except, of course, in dear ol' izreel where everybody has at least one gun. I guess the lives of the goy just don't rate protecting to the same degree as the lives of the chosen ones.

I have to be a member of the NRA because my shooting range requires it. If not for that, I wouldn't send them another dime. All their BS about how "we don't need more gun laws; we need to do a better job enforcing the ones already on the books" is pure betrayal in my book. They should be pushing for the repeal of most of those laws. Until they do that, they're a part of the problem.

Rights aren't something you petition politicians for; they're something you declare and, if necessary, take via civil disobedience or, if necessary, force.

The NRA is no different in some regards than the ADL or SPLC or Rainbow-PUSH. They need scary boogeymen to point to in order to shake $$$ loose from the membership and the best way to do that is keep people on tenterhooks about the disaster around the corner that can only be avoided through the time, $$$ and ceaseless effort of the intrepid NRA defenders.

I will say, I was pleased that the '94 AW ban was allowed to sunset, though I don't know how much credit the NRA can take for that. I think it was more of a calculation by politicians sticking a wet finger up to see how the wind was blowing, but, giving them the benefit of the doubt, I re-upped, though their latest move of appointing a "Chosen" lawyer woman who doesn't have a background in guns have left me feeling more lethargic than usual whenever the pleas for cash for the NRA show up in the mail.

"Any organization which isn't explicitly anti-Semitic ends up being run by Jews."

Are we seeing that in operation as we speak? Will the NRA suddenly enter into a partnership with the ADL or SPLC to combat "hate crimes?" Time will tell, but in the meantime, I think I'll spend that dues money on some more ammo.

Must have been too awkward for him.

I have many times wished the NRA was more like the Pro-Abotion groups. I have seen many of these sick Womyn speaking over the years taking about how they will kill their babies with coat hangers if abotion is outlawed.

I want see LaPierre say he will be making sten guns in his basement if guns are outlawed.
