I let my son watch this, one of the few cartoons that I will let through the "daddy filter". Its set in Ireland and hasnt had any "dusky" characters yet, although im suspecious of the duck

Now when the cartoon is over, there is this jamaican/african wooly-booger that comes on and tells kids to make sure to tun in next time. Daddy is fast with the remote though :batman:

PBS has a series called "Liberty's Kids" about several children who live in the revolutionary era and hang out with a kindly negro blacksmith named Moses. The theme song is a rap featuring patriotic slogans.
